The location, the staff, the room. All very good.

The location is amazing and it was great to have parking. No amenities, not sure if this is Europe yet no shampoo / conditioner: also no tea or coffee facilities

AC is not enough, too hot in the room. Bed is terrible, couldn't sleep when the other person is moving.

LOCATION Very dated with no amenities and VERY expensive. Would never stay there again.

Great location and great staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady on the first evening. They gave me some great recommendations on where to eat on the first night I arrived. 10/10 for staff and location. Lovely patio and go take a look at the roof top deck! The walls are paper thin. I was woken up and was unsure where the noise was coming from. It was the shower next door. It was not the usual you can hear a bit, but rather a lot. I also heard talking in the room next door, but I think the bathroom was right by the bed so that stood out more. Not a huge deal if it’s mostly quiet like when I was there, but something to be aware of.

Front desk hosts Angel and Daria and hotel staff Karim were just great and made me feel welcome! Location was excellent. Room was clean. And air conditioning worked great! I don’t think one needs a bidet. Removing it would make the bathroom a bit more spacious. The shower stall was tiny.

Hotel itself is very beautiful and well maintained . Housekeeping was outstanding. Reception desk helpful always . Car left safe in courtyard parking for a daily fee. Roof area spectacular. Breakfast and coffee should be included in price. Small interior bar would be nice too but I guess conflict because of next door restaurant. Also a self service washer and dryer would be a great help . However we walked nearby to do some laundry.

Good location The hotel was very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The furniture, walls and overall interior looked old and worn out. Even the air conditioning did not work properly which made the stay quite uncomfortable.

Location Very expensive with no breakfast

Our room faced a noisy walkway. We booked 4 nights and we were able to move to a quiet room after 2 days.

Hotel was functional, but tired and in need of some TLC.

Location in the strict city's center, accessible easily even for 'trolley' visitors...one big bonus for breakfast served in one nice terrace with fantastic view on near-by belfries...service was impeccable, discreet and reliable... All was according to expectations...

Weak noise isolation between the roomd.

The location is very good, close to Piazza Maggiore and all the important places to be seen. The room was clean. I did not get breakfast there, as there are lots of coffee shops in the area, so I could have whatever I wanted and whenever I wanted, each day. The room was a little noisy, not because of the traffic, as the hotel is situated in a quiet square, but because of the thin walls, so the noise from the neighboring rooms could be heard.
