It’s very well located! And quiet at night. Unfortunately, we didn’t find the bed or pillows very comfortable but we still got enough sleep.

Staff are friendly. The male receptionist speaks very little English and was hard to communicate The lady at the reception was super friendly and speak multiple languages languages Room was very dark and has religious icons. Hotel door closes at 11 PM

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was conveniently close to the city centre. I especially enjoyed its charm as a converted convent and the excellent service. The air conditioning was not up to standard.

For a small hotel, it felt a little impersonal.

front desk help breakfast including service front desk was not manned 24 /7 elevator was very old room was small no ice available

The staff kindly sent me back an object that I'd left behind. Very kind!

Staff was excellent. They gave us a recommendation for a local restaurant that was amazing. Breakfast was great, nice variety of food.

Location, atmosphere, breakfast The shower is tiny and not much water pressure. But it is an old building in an old city, so not really much can be done about it.

Located in a quiet area which is fairly convenient to the historic center. All was satisfactory

The staff were superb. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Our room was tired. The decor had seen better days, eg : peeling wallpaper and damaged plaster work.

The people who work there are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help and to make you welcome. Our room 55 was away from the street and utterly quiet. The mattress as excellent, which matters for a bad back. The decor is lovely. A couple things: worst of all, our room has a raised section of flooring, about six inches above the entry from the front door and again about six inches about the main portion of the room where the bed and chairs are. It’s a constant trip hazard and an invitation to a stumble and fall, which is dangerous when you’re over seventy. Also the staircase has step shaped like a wedge of pie that I stumbled on repeatedly, although my constant habit of holding on to a railing when on stairs saved me from falling every time. The entry light is woefully inadequate to show the rise in the floor level. The shower lacks a grab bar, the shower head is on a post from which it can be removed, as is usual in Europe, but the post stops just above waist level on a six-footer. So you can’t stand under the flow to wash your hair, even if you still have some, although the flexible tube does let you raise the shower head above your own head. The layout of the bathroom is about as inconvenient as it could be. In the elevator you have to hold the button all the time to keep the elevator moving and my wife got trapped in there with the luggage by letting go of it too soon, although pressing the button again let the elevator finish the journey and open the door.

Quirky boutique hotel. Small hotel with large bedrooms Nothing

Very cute little hotel in a historic setting. Rooms spacious and clean.

The breakfast was varied, with a wide selection of cheeses, fried/boiled eggs, salami, yogurts, juices and sweets. The triple room was spacious, clean, the sheets and towels were impecable, queen bed (the mattress is a bit noisy) and the extra bed is ok for a child. The bathroom is generous, clean and with beautiful mosaic tiles. The table in the room is big, round and fixed in the wall and very close to the sofa. So if you have a baby/toddler it might be a trouble because it might sometimes hit their head or body to the table. The shower cabin needs some improvements (the door doesn't close, it is a bit rusty at the entrance). Keep in mind that near the hotel, there is a supermarket - Conad which is a plus most of the time, but in the morning it is noisy due to supply carts.

Nice staff, very good location. Bed was creaking at every move you made, not that many options for breakfast.
