I highly recommend this property for anyone planning a stay in Italy. The owner Andrea is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, making the whole experience very pleasant. The location is excellent – very well connected, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away, which makes getting around extremely easy and convenient.

This was one of my favorite stays ever !! Bologna is wonderful and this b&b makes exploring the city easy. It’s only 10/15 min walk from the centre of Bologna ! There is a park (Margarita Gardens) right outside your doorstep too. The host gave us fantastic recommendations and was so friendly and attentive. I don’t think I’ve ever given a 10/10. This place should have much higher ratings.

The host was very friendly and helpful and rightly proud of his city. Everything was very clean. The ensuite was quite small and we struggled with the shower overflowing onto the floor.

We had a great stay! The location is absolutely perfect—close to the city centre and everything you might need, yet still peaceful. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the host was welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the expensive side, but considering the quality and location, it was still worth it.

The room was nice with the basics. We had a view of the street but it was quiet. Convenient shop nearby. Very nice staff. Easy walk into the center of Bologna and plenty of public transportation options. Use of shared kitchen allowed us to mingle with other guests. Nothing at all.

The location is fantastic, it was very easy to explore the city and to return now and then to relax a bit. I loved sitting at the window and enjoying the view of the busy street below. The cleanliness was fine as well. There could have been one or two coffee capsules provided for the price I think.

The best part we’re our hosts. Andrea and Francesca are incredibly friendly and willing to help. They are meant to run a B&B. Coming from the US, we are used to a savory breakfast. Cheese, cold cuts, and boiled eggs are the kind of breakfast that Americans prefer. The selection of sweets was excellent, but a little bit of savory stuff would have been a big plus.
