It's very spartan and basic, but was perfect for my stay -- clean, safe, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, just what I was looking for.

Breakfast was adequate, room was spacious and clean, WiFi excellent, staff attentive and would like to give my appreciation to the person behind reception that helped me with directions to fiera bologna and the bus stop, his patience was exemplary and made the trip all the more special as this was the reason for the entire trip and for booking this particular hotel. Would possibly stay here again if in Bologna, comfortable beds and helpful staff. A little bit out of the town if anything but for me this was secondary. Apart from that, really really happy.

The property was clean, and the staff friendly The beds are singles, the hardwood floors in the hallway mean you can here anyone walking around. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours. If you're a large person, the showers are very small. No fridges in the rooms, or any way to make a cup of tea or coffee.

I am very disappointed that despite requesting an iron months before my stay, I never had access to one during my visit. One of the main reasons I made the request in advance was because all of my outfits are linen and became extremely wrinkled during travel. Nobody wants to travel all the way to Italy and feel uncomfortable or look unpresentable because they cannot properly prepare their clothing. I specifically planned ahead and was told my request would be noted, yet an iron was never available when I needed it.

I had an early flight and had a little challenge getting out the door, but a call took care of it no problem.

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in. The beds were comfortable, and the large windows made the room feel bright and inviting. We didn’t like the early check-out process—reception is closed from 1 AM to 7 AM and the front door is locked, which made it difficult for us to leave and nearly caused us to miss our train. Clearer instructions or a smoother early check-out system would have made a big difference.

The connection to the monastery with the beautiful artwork and the peaceful chapel were a big plus for me. Staff were helpful and friendly and went "the extra mile" to help. Breakfast could have been better - some cooked food?

i do not recommend. Breakfast was very poor there weren^t any olives and eggs were dark and ice cold. The batroom door wouldn^t close and the toilet smell was unbearable and it kept me up all night and the bed was super uncomfortable. The broken door needs to be repaired, and the air conditioner should run more quietly. Bed must be comfortable.

The breakfast could be improved. There were not many options. I still think it was ok for the price but so don't expect too much. Also, you can't enter this hotel after 01.00 am. They close the doors which is a bit weird.

The location is right in the best part of Bologna's city center. The most impressive feature is the parking, and not just parking—there's also a large, beautiful garden in Bologna's city center for cars from this hotel. (a) Internet signal in the corner room. The hotel staff was helpful, and they moved us to a room with better Wi-Fi. (b) Be careful when driving to the hotel - you should strictly follow the road suggested by the hotel; otherwise, you could incur a city fee for violating city center driving rules.

Good location, very quiet. Room are extremely basic, description doesn't say that the hotel closes from 1.00 am to 7.00 am. Not worthed for the price paid.

The location is great because it's within walking distance of the center. The breakfast has a decent selection of pastries, drinks, and coffee. The room was comfortable, and all the facilities were in good working order. The WIFI was a bit unstable.

Great breakfast with the overnight stay. Location is perfect for what we wanted to see/do. Parking was also very helpful.

Again, I somehow did not realize this was religious experience despite that it was a wonderful time no problem, communicating what my needs were . Checked out at 3:45 AM with no dilemma.I
