Liberty House

Not much. There was construction work going on all around the hotel, and we were never informed about it beforehand. We literally had workers right at our windows, so we were forced to keep the curtains drawn and stay in the dark the entire time. The staff didn't bother to welcome or greet us on arrival. The bathroom wasn't clean. We had agreed on an 11:00 am late checkout, yet a member of housekeeping kept entering our room from 10:00 am onwards, so there was zero communication internally. A terrible experience overall.

It was centrally located and had a nice breakfast. Cute property. Nothing.

Location was great, the biggest problem is that parking is a serious problem. The preferred parking garage was open 8-8, difficult for us. We had to leave a day early to be in a location with parking As above parking was expensive and difficult and a half mile away

Location, I was the only one but if it’s full it most likely could be loud. Only reason being is it’s an apartment with separate rooms and a shared kitchen area. Very nice though. Loved my room Said above Just so people are aware.

Was part of a house, not a hotel. Was okay and convenient to downtown but nothing fancy for the price. Seems like there was a big event going on so lodging was scarce. Beautiful city so was great to be able to stay, despite lack of available accommodation Breakfast was self serve and disappointing. Poor given price.

Amazing location, staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating via WhatsApp, able to answer any questions we had. The most beautiful balcony for an afternoon snack and people watching. Super clean with comfortable bed and amazing black out curtains.

Very good location near the old city center. Handy for all kinds of restaurants and historic sites.

instructions on breakfast service was not clear. we ended up having a quick breakfast outside which is fine.

Location was great! We walked everywhere while there. Took a taxi to and from the airport only. The place was beautiful with high ceilings and lovely views with an old fashioned elevator. I didn't realize check-in was all done online so initially stressful. However, host was amazing and walked me through the steps of the process so all was well!

Perfect location. Spacious room Elevator is pretty small, so for family with many suitcases and strollers a bit hard. But worth the location!

The room and its decor. The fact is that coffee, water, fruit, and juice are always available. I had a room with a view, with a lovely balcony which helps a great deal if you are working all day from remote and want to have a fresh air breath while looking at the monuments right in front of you. It was simply a short, yet stunning stay. I cannot complain about anything, well maybe one thing, the noise from the traffic. Luckily though the room is well isolated and noise is surely bearable.

Nothing, is located in a very very busy street, Very very very over priced!!! No at hotel really, very basic facilities.

The location was, spot on, situated in the heart of the old centre. Everything was accessible. Nice room, comfy bed. Breakfast although a nice gesture was disappointing, limited choice and everything looked a bit dry and sad, so didn't partake. The noise from the street could bother some, especially if you have the window opening , but it's only to be expected in a small town. Ear plugs help.

The property’s location was great for us. The whole city is really walkable and this was close to all the key bits. The building was a great space with loads of character. We stayed in Lanterne Rosse room and it was great. Really comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. The breakfast room was cute with everything we needed. We loved the plants in the hallway. The whole place felt really homely and great to have somewhere quirky. We would definitely stay here again If you’re a light sleeper then ear plus might be a good thing to pack. Not the property itself but the street was noisy at points overnight. However it’s close to a busy area so should be expected and it really didn’t bother us.

Great location, tasteful room decorations and design, good mattress and goog breakfast when a full variety is available Room was cold, +17C on arrival with closed radiator and t stayed at +20C with fully opened radiator, draft from the window. It was not clear on description that it is 4 rooms with shared kitchen and no staff, no cleaning for 3 nights. Breakfast was really good on Sat morning but Italian guests arrived on Sat afternoon and eat our breakfast as their lunch and by Monday it was very small choice. They were very lound and put loud music on Sunday morning. Coffee Cups are too small for teas.

Location and the decoration of the house. Early checkout and the noise outside when the trucks picked up the rubbish. They seem to collect the rubbish very often and make lots of noise during the night.
