Room was very nice and while we arrived just a little early we were able to watch the staff cleaning the rooms in advance. Air conditioning worked well and the room had one of the best showers we had while in Italy. For some reason I did not receive instructions in advance on how to access the room. Luckily we were traveling with another couple and their daughters who did receive the info so we were able to figure it out. Our assumption is that we were on the phone with the person who ran the establishment and they assumed at that point that we had figured it out.

The bathroom sink was clogged, and it was still blocked during my second stay three days later, so it doesn't seem like issues are being fixed very quickly. I also reported it to the host, but they never responded to that message.

The room was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious enough. The common area was a great bonus, it was clean, well-equipped, and had everything you might need, including coffee, croissants, biscuits, cutlery, an iron, and other useful amenities. The air conditioning was already on when I arrived, which I really appreciated after coming from 38°C weather. Overall, the location is good, the price is reasonable, and I felt safe during my stay. As mentioned in some previous reviews, the room doors are very noisy when opening and closing. In my room, the bathroom sink stopper was stuck in the closed position, making the sink unusable. I had to brush my teeth in the common area because it was the only place where I could use a sink. Communication with the host could have been much better. I stayed at the same property twice within a few days, but they never responded to my message about the broken sink, even after my stay

Location was great A bit complicated access Dark hallways at night until you learn where switches are Complicated access, directions/instructions seem to be good yet I still had hard time figuring it out between 4 different keys (2 metal/2plastic tags)

Comfy bed, great location near train station and short walk to centre!

Located just a 10-minute walk from the city center, the property offers great convenience without the need for transportation. The welcome process was well-organized, and the hosts were warm, responsive, and attentive. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage after check-out. The floor was dusty and not properly cleaned. It made me uncomfortable while trying to sleep.

Location was fine but hard to find w/out tspecific instruction sent by the owner. Space is mostly shared with private room and bathroom. I definitely heard people coming in and out into the living room in the morning and evening, which was a bit unnerving since they’re entering the apartment general space. I didn’t have any problems though and the owner was nice about getting me in after I gave her a couple calls. Generally, the space is shared. Not a lot of privacy and people coming in and out of the shared space a little bit loud with suitcases, banging around, etc.

It requires you to fill out personal information on a separate website in order to check in. Also soundproofing was terrible between rooms. The main entrance was loud and woke me up every time someone enters.

Wifi was either very slow or didn't work

Very good location, close to the old center, shops, restaurants, centrale station, very nice apt, easy check-in.

The accommodation was extremely convenient in terms of location — all the main sights of the Historic Center were within easy walking distance. The area was quiet and very safe, perfect for evening strolls. Overall, a great choice for anyone who wants to stay close to everything without needing any transportation! Very spacious and comfortable room, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The shared kitchen and balcony had everything we needed, including complimentary coffee and breakfast items. There isn't sth that we didn't like. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations

There was no daily housekeeping. We had a limited amount of towels and the mini fridge didn’t keep anything cool.

Well located, beautiful, modern and comfortable room, super great shower and bathroom. Very modern shared amenities. The only thing that could improve is the smell in the room we stayed. It was a very clean room and bathroom, however, it had a bit of a weird smell probably coming from the bathroom pipes.
