It was clean. The host was a bit irresponsible, he needed two or more messages to respond. I had to make the same question more than 2 times for him to answer.

We were told at the check in that after check out at10h, we could leave our laggage, untill 12 h.That was perfect for us, cause we had transfer to the airport at 12. We called at the time of the check out to ask where to put our laggage, and nobody answered...ever. That was very dissapointed.

Everything was ok except that I should call every time to reception (reception in a different building) when I had questions. It wasn't good cause every phone cost money. They could chat or call in WhatsApp for example.

I stayed in a building. It was clean and silent. Room was big as well. I assume that they only work with one staff. He called me too many times and told me that he need to go somewhere else as well, was a bit rude. Please hire another person too , i paid much but service was low.

The apartment is spacious, with a balcony, the bed was quite comfortable. The host was so nice and welcoming, I got confused with the instructions for the entrance and he reached out to me immediately for help.

Nothing staff were rude wanted to charge me more than what I had booked on and paid for on booking .com - booking responded 3 days later, it was a fail on the app and the hotel I prepaid on booking and they said it was an accidentally rate , and wanted to charge me 50$ more and booking was no help

Towels were not real towels, they had stanes. The blanket was dirty, the blanket is not changed from one customer to another.

A basic good value property in a beautiful city. Shutter on Terrace door bot working, looks like out of action for a while. Duper thin towels.
