Interesting property with unique rooms. Our bed was up on a tall platform and the room featured a shower within a hammam. The community space was nice as well.

Very clean and quirky room in the perfect location to walk to everything! The location can't be beat for proximity to restaurants and the sites to see. Bologna was a surprise..vibrant but not crowded. The food and quality! The room itself is very well appointed, best water pressure and biggest shower on our travels! Bed and pillows are comfy! The bed is on a level a few steps up and no railing around so would be dangerous for children or if needing to get up in the night to use the washroom. It was an awesome terrace from the bed level to sit and have coffee! The shared kitchen is bright and very clean and a huge bonus! Level of bed could be dangerous for some, not for mobility challenged people at all.

Excellent location and property was very clean with everything working. Only thing I’d ask for is a better view.

Nice apartment and concept, as you share a bigger kitchen and a lounge. We loved the design, everything was spot clean, location great, but we would come again for the service we received. The couch that becomes a bed makes a small noise as you move. This is typical for such constructions, but keep it in mind if you are noise sensitive.

Close to downtown. Was not pleased that there was no windows or escape incase of fire. One one was at the counter when we were leaving. Shower was visible to sleeping area.

- central hotel in heart of bologna - the staff was 10+ , very responsive at any times and polite - very clean - spacious room - recommend for short stay - coffee capsule in the room - unfortunately they don’t offer breakfast - there were no windows in the room - the glass in the shower was kind unnecessary . If you would travel with friends you see what person is doing - shower

Location Very soundly

The location could not be better. I will definitely be back. The staff are lovely and extremely accommodating and the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. My only tiny criticism was that it lacks traditional charm / decor but you trip over traditional architecture as soon as you step outside so that is no reason not to stay.

Definitely recommended for people that just want a nice place to stay with no extra hotel facilities like breakfast or turndown. If you ever visit Bologna make sure to stay there! The most value for money stay I’ve ever had. The room was super cosy and in the center of town. Also people there were super friendly.
