The Social Hub Bologna

I really like this place and I didn't think I would. It's clean and the staff were really helpful, friendly and relaxed. As an illustration: the journey to Bologna Airport from Centrale can be a nightmare with the new inadequate monorail (it's much too small). So, a lass working for Social Hub advised us to ask them to book a taxi. The fare (only a little bit more than the monorail) was exactly what they quoted and the pre-flight chores were so much more relaxed. It's also pretty convenient for late buses from the centre which stop at Sacre Cuore about five minutes' walk to the east Maybe the rooms are a little gloomy and, although it's really convenient for the railway station, it's a bit of a schlep into town. I didn't mind this but it can get hot in the summer...

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. Very friendly staff. Nice room, clean. The swimming pool area is excellent. There's also a restaurant/bar which we used. We were very happy with our stay there and definitely we'll be back. Everything was great!

The pool area was lovely and is better than the web pics suggest. The gym was good and had plenty of equipment you can get a good workout from. The bar staff were really friendly and helpfu. The corridors look tired and in need of a lick of paint and new carpet. They also looked unclean for our whole stay and weren’t vacuumed very well.

Really nice vibe. And the bed was really comfy The room cleaning wasn’t the best. I I don’t think they actually clean the rooms because we were here for 6 nights and there was dust on most surfaces by day 3 and the sink in the bathroom didn’t get cleaned either

The property was perfect, a ten minute walk to the centre of town. All facilities were clean and well managed. Great place to stay and will definitely be back.

It was a fantastic stay - we didn't know about the social hub before, but definitely want to look at other locations across Europe! The pool and outdoor area were gorgeous, felt like a beach club in a busy (&hot) city! Staff are genuinely so lovely and helpful; couldn't fault them! We were upgraded and given treats plus a handwritten card for an anniversary - what a lovely touch! Rooms were big and lots of storage too! Final thing - drinks and restaurant were reasonably priced and delicious :)

Felt new and fresh, and lived up to the name. It was a social hub. And it was clean. The staff was professional and efficient. I also liked that it wasn’t in the middle of the city, but close enough for a nice walk.

The pool was amazing! In general all people were super kind. I recommend spending the siesta or an evening at the hotel pool The rooms could have a bit moore equipment. Unfortunately our coffee didn’t get refilled after the first day.

Excellent room very spacious modern and clean. Great Air con and practical set up. Staff fantastic and supportive with check in, breakfast great! Amazing atmosphere around the pool and bar area.

Clean, modern and lots of facilities. Great for the train station and therefore airport. Easy check in and friendly staff. Would like to spend more time there to use more of the facilities. A bit of a journey to the centre of Bologna (30 minutes walk) although plenty of e-bikes outside and a very easy 7 minute cycle in so I would recommend that.
