Good location, spacious room with good bathroom, comfortable bed and well cleaned every day. Had to request water to be left each day. The air conditioning did not work on the first two days of our stay but was subsequently fixed after I reported this.

Lovely, clean and modern accommodation in a beautiful context with views over Bologna. The self check-in process was a bit long. Had to load up everybody’s IDs online and it just took a while.

Location is perfect to the old town. We can walk everywhere for sightseeing, museums, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery. We got precise instructions how to get to the place and the manager was very accommodating for early checkin and late checkout. Kudos to the property manager. She was friendly, helpful, and go out of her way to help us with laundry, and getting the medication delivered from our old hotel in Ravenna to Bologna. None
