B&B Bologna Station

The room is very comfy and exactly like what's shown on the photos. The hosts were super friendly and meticulously explained all the facilities. easy and quick self-service breakfast Private parking space It takes about half an hour to walk to the center of Bologna.

If the question was 'what did I LOVE'? Two things in particular - the shower is the one of the best I've ever used and the bed was amazingly comfortable. These two things score 11! Its a convenient location, about 30 minutes easy walk into the centre of town and it couldn't be closer to the train station obviously. As others have said, don't be put off by what the location looks like. The trams are noisy but stop running by 23.00 and you don't notice the trains. The owner and his assistant were on-site at unsociable hours to deal with an issue with the hot water/heating system. This didn't affect me at all but I was impressed that they were responding to a potential problem at that time. The only problem I would have is the other rooms and communal kitchen is directly outside your room door so the potential for noise from other guests staying there. Its like a shared apartment in that way. Luckily the others staying were quiet. I had to get up super-early for a flight so I hope I didn't disturb them too much.

All was as described. Helpful staff, extremely clean. Good facilities. I must pay better attention and book Hotels for single nights during long travel days. Location from Booking.com got us only 500 metres from the correct building. Thus I now understand why the host was very pro-active to contact us in advance and co-ordinate arrival time. Our journey was 750 kms by Car and traffic caused a long delay compared to expected arrival. With much whatsapp communication we were met 500 metres away and escorted to a private car park. Felt a bit desolate right next to railway tracks and we were advised to store our bicycles in our room, to be 'on the safe side'. We arrived too late in the evening to consider visiting downtown. I have the idea that this is a great place if you have the days to explore locally.

The vicinity of the train station, the room was nice. The staff was friendly.

There was a musky smell in the building. I have severe allergies and was not able to stay in the room.

I was really good and well to stay in this hotel, even they provide snacks, water and all the needful things. Too neat and tidy, even Ron the one who helped in checking in and all.. Thankyou so much The hotel is not too visible, it would be nice if a visible board is kept near the road side for easy access.

Very clean, great communication, great hosts. Super comfortable bed, great heating, Ok breakfast, We were in transit. They should have a lockbox outside the gate for the key when checking out. Only if you drive. I would go back

No complaints when inside the building. The bedroom and bathroom presented very well as did the kitchen with the exception that there are only 4 placing for breakfast when the 3 bedrooms cater for 6 people. Ron, who welcomed us was exceptional. He could not have been more friendly and willing to assist. The surprise when you see the actual building you are staying in. Run down, and hidden in an industrial setting.

Super clean and comfortable. it was a little hard to locate, as the area of the bnb is accessed through a locked metal gate. however, a short call to the team helped to find it!

Good location, the room was comfortable for me. I can introduce everyone. Just one thing guys remember, this is online check in so there is no key. But don't worry, the host will give the information about how to check in and out. No porblem.

The room was what I expected, clean and neat. The location was excellent, close to train station and bus stops.

Although next to the tracks of the station nothing to hear from the trains. Air condition very silent.. Room space big enough for suitcases, open cabinet available. Secure place, also for the car. Community kitchen with a community case and a private case in the refrigerator. Self service breakfast - everything available. You have to be precise with your arrival time, that the host will be available on the spot (he needs 25 min to come by bike to the flat). Cable of the hair dryer not covered.
