My stay was absolutely incredible, and having the private sauna in the room was a total game-changer. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. A blend of historic Italian architecture with modern luxury. Highly recommend this for a relaxing, romantic getaway or a restorative weekend.

Close to the main areas but little off the main paths! Could be little louder sometimes at night maybe people walking home at night

Loved the sauna in our room and everything that was included. Best stay in all of Italy! Price was amazing for what was included. People on the streets were yelling at night and of noise from outside. But not too terrible.

Just far enough from the Piazza Maggiore to be walkable but quiet. Loved the balcony and we were pleasantly surprised by the luxury shower. Host met us at reception and gave a full orientation to the room and the home. Nothing negative

The room was very clean and the host Marina was super nice and helpful! The room was quite small and had the view of the wall of the other building, so it was quite dark (we had the camera Rosa).

It’s a dream location with dream facilities. It feels like a romantic movie (with a personal room sauna included) Exquisite clean and very cozy. Check out at 10:30 could be a bit prolongued. Nobody wants to leave such a beautiful stay so early!

The attention to detail. The atmosphere. The staff. The location. The sauna. A wardrobe was missing to make room for the sauna. Otherwise definitely nothing to complain about.

A lovely room in a great location - good WiFi and TV. A safe and interesting neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre and great local restaurants, bars and patisseries. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. Nothing was a problem to them. We would definitely return to Bologna and definitely book a room here! Nothing - I’m struggling to find fault!

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely, very spacious and very cosy. Overall, a very good place to stay which I would recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.
