10 minutes busride away from the center - was great. The breakfasttable which was prepared looked so lovely. The bathroom was clean and kinda big… There was a chessboard in the room :)

The accommodation was conveniently located, well connected with buses going to the centre of Bologna, bus stops are outside the block. The host Mariangela is very pleasant, speaks pretty good English, ready to answer your questions about the city or travels outside. She had equipped the room &shared kitchen very well, to fulfil every potential need of a tourist . I generally liked my room, with the exception of the bed which was very narrow, about 80-81 cm wide & located in the middle of the room. I couldn’t fall asleep as I worried that I would fall off the bed when I turn in it during the night. I had to keep my arms close to the body, otherwise they were hanging beyond the edge of the bed. I would stay in the property again, subject to having a wider bed (min 90 cm wide UK standard). Thanks

Just according to my expectations.

Quiet, clean, pretty single room in apartment with breakfast facilities, walking distance to centre, helpful host. Two minor issues, which could be easily solved: I would have appreciated an extra pillow to read in bed. The room was a little chilly in the evenings as the heating was not on yet.

Quiet and very clean room. approximately 15-20 minute walk from the center. In the morning, light breakfast, kettle in the room.

I picked the double room just for me, and the bed was really comfy. Everything was very clean. Location was good, some minutes on foot to get the historic centre. Maria Angela was nice and kind giving some recommendations. Nothing.

Clean and quiet room. The bus stop with direct connection to the train station was right in front of the building. There were few good options to eat at a few minutes walking distance. The host was super welcoming and helpful. There is a shared kitchen available outside of the room. And the host had also a small breakfast prepared for all guests. The bed could have been more comfortable (e.g. wider)

The room had two nice windows and was quiet from the street side. It is basically a room in a giant apartment complex, not a true B&B. I could hear the other guest in the hallway and kitchen which wasn't pleasant when trying to sleep.

On booking.com it said the breakfast was included so we took it. It was never mentioned that booking.com did not include it and that we would have to pay for it until our check out. At the end the breakfast is super overpriced and definitely not worth it.

The owner is friendly and helpful, I was very well received. On the last day, I had to leave at 3 am and although I had booked a taxi, no car was available (from any company). She left her house to take me to the airport. I must thank her a thousand times for that!
