There were bug beds and the utensils provided were dirty.

The host was truly exceptional. He met us after midnight as we arrived and let us into the room.

I didn't like that breakfast consisted of products bought at a supermarket and left there since the day before. Although it was a nice gesture, I expected more, as that was one of the main reasons for choosing this accommodation. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Location just outside the train station, so very convenient. Plenty of space, and they let me store my bag for a couple hours extra which was helpful. I was concerned with noise outside the building, which you could hear while the windows were open, but when you closed the windows and shutters, it was very quiet. Just a fan, no AC, so during hot months that might be disappointing. You share a bathroom with others, but i never saw anyone else, so it wasn't really an issue. It's a bit of a walk from the city center (~15-20min) so expect to have to walk a bit between the tourist sites and the hotel, but its a nice walk

It was very near Bologna Central. I needed a bed for the night before an early flight at Marconi, so the 6 minute walk to the station was super handy. Nothing major, but the interior and furniture were a bit old (but everything was working though!)

Super convenient location in front of Bologna Centrale train station and walking distance to all the sights of interest, restaurants and cafes. Clean and comfy spacious room in a secure apartment complex. Good wifi. Great host. Loved it.

It was a basic room with a shared bathroom. It served its purpose as I had an early flight the next morning so needed to be out at 4am. It’s a couple of minutes walk from the train station so perfect for anybody needing to get to the airport. Found the owner to be very intense with his information. Might’ve been better to write things down instead of bombarding guests with information before leaving them. Just a thought.

Location very handy from the train station,3-5 minute walk depending on which part of the station you exit.The host's instructions in helping me find the property were crystal clear. The location was good for the historical part of town, no more than a 20 minute walk. Room was great and spacious with air con, a TV, fridge, good bathroom and a sit down shower, and a balcony, bedside tables and lamps on either side. I would've appreciated the breakfast more if plant milk was available, but this is a minor, and a frequent complaint of mine. Also, the kettle in the room didn't seem to work.

I stayed only one night but it was very good, the host was patient and helpful. It's very nice they prepare a mini breakfast. I recommend bringing ear plugs. All areas are clean and tidy. It's especially convenient to anyone that needs to be close to the train station. Good value for money, so I recommend it

Size of the room Breakfast - it's left in your room for the day after and it's not worth what you're paying. Too much noise - during the night there's too much noise and we closed all the windows. Location- it's 20min walking to the old part of town; it's very close to the train station.

The bed was quite small

Great location if you’re planning to take early trains and come back in the evening, just steps away, literally! Fabio is an amazing and accommodating person, if I stay there again would be only because of him. A bit noisy but not only because it’s located in the ring road but also because there are dumpsters right outside the window and people opens and close them all day long. The bigger room doesn’t have that problem.

I loved the location and the fact that the room was clean, Fabio is a very nice and organized person The matress is not very good I have some back pain because of it but it's ok for this price The neighbors are a bit loud

Excellent location steps from the train station Breakfast could use a little protein, but otherwise was great.

Room was clean, comfortable and a nice size. Nice balcony area too sit. Very convenient to the train station. Luggage storage was available.
