Breakfast was very good. We had to stay in bologna last minute due to late flight and car rental being closed and this was a perfect spot for practicality.

I like that it’s was close to the airport It’s more like motel than a hotel . The rooms where really uncomfortable air conditioning barely work and it wasn’t just on one we got 4 rooms because we are big family, and none of them the air conditioning barely work . They weren’t clean enough, but there wasn’t anything else available close to the airport

Property was really good Only issue was with breakfast. Juice machine was not working. No cups where available at some point but nothing that will ruin my day! ?

The hotel room, customer service, breakfast and the facility. Due to the road construction right outside the hotel, POVs and taxi cabs are having difficulty getting into the hotel.

I loves the size of the room, it was very comfortable to have some space. Breakfast was good enough.

The rooms are very unpleasant and outdated. The condition of the renovation is terrible — the wallpaper is literally held together with staples, and the entire place clearly needs repair. In the bathroom, everything is yellow from water stains, and there was hair left in the shower cabin, which is unacceptable. The price does not match the quality at all. It is definitely overpriced for what you get.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help with any request. They even assisted me with packages I had delivered to the hotel, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food options and was very enjoyable. There is also a fantastic pizza place called Stella just around the corner. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again. Limited selection of vegetables at breakfast.

Close to airport, clean, decent, cheap hotel. Not bad. 15 euro taxi ride at 11 pm Advertised shuttle service (paid by customer, fine), but there is no shuttle service. They can "arrange to call you a taxi". Plenty of taxis at Bologna airport though, and not expensive. The room was pretty hot when I got in. Old heater, hard,to figure out how to turn it off. The hotel is pretty dated, I could hear a guy snoring in the next room. But the main thing is, don't advertise a "shuttle service" If you don't have one!

Nice breakfast Left with 4 huge bites that I did not have when I went to bed. So didn’t like getting bit. Staff was rude. Man that checked us in seemed put out to have to answer any questions. We have been traveling for 2 weeks staying in various places and this had been our only bad experience. Loud construction outside our window.

Property looked good but the restaurant was terrible. One room with a whole soccer team in shouting loudly all the time. We had booked a table but anywhere in that room you couldnt even hear anyone at your table. The football team should have been in a private room or thrown out. It was appalling. I went and talked the maitre di who understood and said therecwere no private rooms but he did arrange to have food sent up to our room thank goodness. The event was gross. We will never stay there again. I described the worst above but there were no clear instructions as to where to find the underground parking and when we got there no clear signs to get back to the hotel.

The central climate was always on, the rooytempy could reach 24-25 degree celsius, even when outside temperature was 17-18 degree celsius. We had the window open all night.
