R&B San Rafèl

Vladimiro was super nice and very very helpful. We had to ask for some extra things, he also had to wait for us till late because our flight was delayed. He is really super nice. We were there for the Bologna fair and the site is quite far from the B&B location (about 1 hour by buss). Other than that everything was perfect.

From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Having such a good start to the day made a big difference during my stay. Overall, everything was excellent: a comfortable stay, a wonderful host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Breakfast was very good. Apartment is around 5 km from center but with very god bus connection. Mr Vlado, the host, was so kind, helpful. Cleaning every day was a plus! Every recommendation if you are looking for a nice, neat place in a quite neighborhood!

Vladimiro is an excellent and welcoming host, and I had a great stay. The apartment is massive and it's more than enough space for one person. Very easy to get to the city center by train, and only takes about an hour to reach it on foot. The only thing I would add is an ironing board and an iron. However, I had a mini iron with me, so it wasn't a problem for me.

Spacious and clean apartment complex. Quiet in the night. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast with good selection. Bus stop to the center right outside the house. No complaints, we had a blast!

We were here for the children’s book fair at Bologna Fiere. While the property is not that close, it is unbelievably convenient - with a bus stop outside the building that provides direct access to the city or with a short transfer, to the conference centre. The property itself is spotless and recently renovated. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so no noise to keep us awake. Vladimiro, the host, is a kind and friendly man who went out of his way to help us, and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Everything starting with the host Vladimiro ( wonderful person), the room which was big, equiped with all that you would need and very clean. You can go to the city center quickly by bus. We highly recommend :)

A very large room with separate bathroom, scrupulously clean. Towell's were very good, breakfast adequate. Vladio was a very good host. Queen B restaurant across the street was very good and good value. Bed a bit mooshy but ok. I would stay there again. Bed a bit mooshy but ok.

Nice, comfy room in a quiet part on the outskirts of Bologna. You can use public transport to get to the center or use your own car since there is enough parking spaces either on the streets or in underground garages. The host is very friendly and helpful, speaks great english so the communication was no problem at all. The breakfast was on time and the food was fresh. A small coffee/tea maker is in the room so you can have a hot beverage anytime you want. The room was a bit cold. There was a radiator and AC/heating unit in the room and one in the bathroom, but the floor was cold since there are tiles and no floor heating. Would recommend to bring slippers.
