Great location. Amazing restaurant. Service staff excellent and friendly .

The property is about 1.5km from the centre but I like walking and it's a straight line- very easy. There is a nice little coffee shop around the corner from the property and a restaurant on the corner of the road. I loved the decor. A lot of work has gone into it. The part of the proi stayed in had private rooms with locking doors and a communal area like a living room/dining room with a kitchenette. I didn't know tjis was a shared area. However, this wasn't a problem at all. I guess I was shocked when somebody came into the shared living room because I didn't realise it was shared. Once that was established- all was ok. My cat shot up the chimney when the other people came in. He was shocked to. What a frightful mess he made!

Perfect location for our plans. Near a small grocery store, pharmacy, specialty stores and bakery. Lovely outdoor area with table and chairs to relax outdoor. Enclosed property felt secure. Our host, Patti, was very accommodating. On a bus route. Within walking distance to the historic part of town.

The owner was very nice and friendly. I loved the decor and furniture in the property, as well as the seating area outside. The complimentary drinks and breakfast vouchers were a nice touch.

Toilet was not really clean. Towels were pretty bad, they didn’t absorb. Room and shared spaces has pretty bad smell. Also there are cats at the property. I have allergy. Luckily I had antihistamine pills.

the owner Patty-when above and beyond very kind lady. Beautifully set up gorgeous garden private kitchen. very tasteful and magical design! the bathroom had a bad smell from the pipes.

We like the complementary nuts, drinks and friendliness of the staff. The decor was also really nice themed around the sea. Location is also really good as it is close to giardini Margherita. The walls of the bedroom need some attention as paint is crackling but we were overall satisfied with our stay.

The Location is good No shampoo, no sliper, no enough heating There is one free bottle of water in the room, but surprisly was opened.

I am impressed by the magic of the place (room and house) and the owner of the villa. Despite arriving at the property at night (due to a flight delay), we had no problem finding the keys, opening the door and getting into the room. The, very comfortable room, bathroom and the whole house are located in an elegant, quiet, residential area, from which you can take a bus (3 minutes to the bus stop) to the historic center or go on foot. The owner of the villa is beautiful and very helpful. Even though our booking didn't include breakfast, she gave me vouchers for breakfast at a friend's cafe. I was delighted with the stay and regretted that there were no free rooms to extend the reservation for a few days. An additional attraction (if you like these animals) are three beautiful cats. I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay in Bologna. Me and my family fell in love with Stella del Mar from the first moment and we will come back for sure.

The location was good as I needed to be close to Rizzoli hospital.It was literally next door to an indoor pool which I was looking forward to using but didn't get too.The gardens coming in where nice , flowers everywhere . The room I was giving was basement level , the decor was seaside , seashells,fish anything you can imagine from the sea as I walked in it was just so dark as only a small amount of natural light came in , ceiling lights had to be on during the day. The open sitting area was for my use and another person to arrive the next day , there was a large dining table and chairs , small couch but the kitchen was basically a cupboard that you open up to avail of two ring cookers, sink , kettle, maybe microwave I can't remember.My room door was this big mental door with lock to open it just felt very dreary for the weather outside was beautiful everything here at this point was shadowed and dark. my room was again all things seaside , a very quirky taste not for everyone at all . bed was big with big frame that was so creaky it drove me mad trying to sleep .sheets and towels very clean but frame was very dusty and needed a good Hoover and clean down . The bathroom was basic, no natural light again and just dated . the Tv was completely lopsided and I couldn't get the internet to work .I was biting terribly I wanted to go Unfortunately.

Close to Bologna centrum. The room smelt of cats. And the decorations is not our cup of tea, but someone probably can love it. It wasn't possible to open the window so we could have fresh air over night.

Good location Many bugs, no A/C, so you have to choose to close the windows and sweat or open the windows and let mosquitoes in. Not so clean, some smell in bathroom.

Hot eater in shower , stuff is very nice and kind ,Bed comfortable, clean Doesn't have ac, there is a fan though.
