Residenza Pellacani

The apartment was great. It was in a wonderful location and provided us with almost everything we needed. One of the best attributes was that it had two bathrooms and two showers. We were happy with our choice. There was no place to put our groceries. The counter space was limited. You need to explain the lighting system in advance. You need to insert a card into a slot in order to have the ability to to turn them on. We had never seen anything like it and were confused.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Every bedroom was very well equipped. Giuseppe was a lovely host and very friendly as was Flavio. Did not love the location. It was easy to get around but in the university district which was quite loud at night.

The owner texted me ahead of time to coordinate my time of arrival. He was courteous and friendly, and check in was incredibly easy. The apartment itself is wonderful, clean, and modern with two bathrooms and a small kitchen. Even had a view of the Due Torri! The location is perfect and a short walk from Piazza Maggiore and different bars and restaurants. Hugely recommend!

The apartment is lovely, clean, confy and close to all the landmarks. The host is awesome, as well. A big plus: the king size bed and the fact it has 2 bathrooms. Stay here, you will love it!

Exceptional

A group of us stayed in the 3 apartments which were lovely, very central and spotlessly clean with beautiful bathrooms. Giuseppe and Gloria are fantastic hosts and couldn't have done more for us.

Giusepe the owner is nice and texting us the detail information. Gloria was assit us and very helpful and was very nice and giving us all information about bologna and around and the choices restaurant. The apartment is tidy nice spacious and nice. Will comeback to this property someday if traveling to bologna.

Gloria and Giuseppe were amazing and their tips were actually really helpful. We’ll definitely come back here next time we’re in Bologna.

This well appointed apartment has a table for 4 people, a good kitchen, an Illy coffee machine, a very comfortable bed, a sofa that can be used as a bed, and two bathrooms! It's well located on a safe street in a secure apartment block. It's literally 5 mins from the famous towers. You can see them from the apartment. Access the apartment with an amusingly slow lift, and enter via secure keypad. Once instead this quality apartment is a place you can call home. There are heaps of eateries and great stores and pints of interest for you to enjoy, making your stay in the great city of Bologna one to enjoy. Oh, the manager of the property and the owner of the apartment were really attentive to all our questions and needs across the 9 nights we stayed there! So stay here! Noting. It was wonderful.
