Convenient location The bad mildew smell, very old and dated property in need of repair and updating.

The host was very accommodating. She gave us a brief overview of Bologna's landmarks and lent us her parking card, which made our stay quite economical. Additionally, she prepared breakfast for the next morning, including milk, coffee, tea, and some small snacks. The location is just a 15-minute walk from the central square. Nothing.

This stay exceeded our expectations, we felt like family friends staying in a guestroom. The host was very kind and understanding, she accommodated all our needs. The room was very clean and well kept, beakfast was also pretty packed for a B&B. 100% would recommend The shower area was a little small and the curtain just 10cm too short(this is just a minor inconvenience)

Owner was nice and very cooperative. The place is close to the centre. She even gave us directions to historical places and map of the city. There were breads, yogurt, juices and water in the fridge from the owner. Bathroom had a shower gel as well and good supply of hot and cold water. According to the price the place was okay. I didn't see anything that I didn't like in a place with such low price. So in short, everything was fine.

The location was close to the central piazza. It was a good value to stop in Bologna to visit the beautiful arcade city, its churches & wonderful food.

The building is beautiful and in a very pretty area of Bologna. The room has a very quaint quality to it. I appreciated the original stove being still there and the fact that the room was fully equipped. The mattress could use a refresh but the room's feng shui was very good and I slept gloriously both nights. The bathroom was a bit of a let-down, personally. The idea of having a bidet inserted in the toilet is great, but the water comes out at a downward angle, meaning it's practically useless. The shower head would not stay up and the shower curtain was a good 10 cm too short. Even paying the greatest attention I ended up making a pool on the floor and soaking the bath mat. The wifi was impossible to use - an open wifi network is not safe for the guests and all the neighbours were clearly using it, which left no bandwidth for me, and I had to find somewhere else to work.

Beautiful place, near old town, wonderful landlady. Hopie to come back one day. :) Everything was great.

Cosy qnd cute room with kitchen facilities. The room generally was not as clean as one would have expected.

Cute room in a beautiful house. It has a little garden. The bed is big and veeery comfortable! Close to the city centre (10-15 min to the two towers). The host is very friendly.

Within a 10 minute walk to city center. Free parking right outside our room. Did not have to worry about Limited Traffic Zones or parking. The rooms were not very clean. The small bathroom smelled like sulphur.
