The hotel is near to the market and CST station. We stayed for a night but felt good. Value for Money hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Staff are cooperative.

Rooms are not clean ,Attitude of some of the staff is very bad.Bed bug stain all over the bed head board.pillow are pathetic.you can choose this hotel if you are here for wholesale market purchase.

I like location which is very near to Venue for Tata Mumbai Marathon Toilet need to make it more clean Bedbugs issue- need to take strict action

Behaviour of the staff Need to improvise towards cleanliness....no good attendance towards house keeping.they didn't give bathing soap..no towel...water should always be there in water mug for drinking..but it was empty from beginning till i checked out.i.cockraches was there in room..

Staff were helpful with luggage as there is no lift only stairs. Air conditioning was useful. 24 hour desk also useful as train arrived early morning. Nice lighting in room Room was not as displayed on booking.com. very less in size. Sheets were burnt and stained. Bathroom smelt bad and not clean. I slept in my clothes on top and didn't shower. Toilet seat was broken. I asked at the desk for a discount and explained my concerns. They said there was nothing they could do as it's through booking.com.
