Nothing about this hotel is likable. It's like staying in a hut. Mosquitos are around lobby and coffee place. Room is like a temporary shed. The hotel charges some unknown service charges. Nothing Most disappointing was checking experience. The staff was talking and goggling and I was standing in front for more than 5 minutes and they didnt even bother to greet me or excused themselves that they can cater to me in sometime. The entrance of the hotel is pathetic. Old property in Kalina and i can understand but can be more clean. Service to room would take quite sometime.

The location is nearby to my office. However, the property is too small, clumsy and not many facilities are available. Highly expensive. Breakfast options are very limited and slow service. Rooms are too small.

Room is fully exposed to the outside world due to outsisde facing wall being glass and the bed is right next to it. There is absolutely no privacy and the room was quite unclean. The room, ambience and dirt.

I booked this room for my brother-in-law. It said it is a prepaid rate and pay before arrival. But for some reason the hotel would not charge my card on file. So many other hotels that I booked using Booking.com charged my card on file when I booked for family.

AC at 16 degrees on entry into the room. Couldnt actually turn it up fast enough. Woken up at 830am by staff after arriving at 230amto get the iron back
