Breakfast had great variety. Loved how we could order dosa and omelette. There was no fan in room. I mean there was AC but having a ceiling fan could have helped

The property is right in the heart of BKC. Rooms are big and the hospitality is par excellence. The staff is polite and was ever helpful to all our needs. They gave us quick responses too. The breakfast spread is good here too. All in all a good experience.

Friday night there were not enough waiters to cover the dining area. It was long waiting time to get food on our table.

Typical Airport Hotel. Not to expect anything beyond. Average meals. Hardly any meat items. Staff is polite but mechanical and don't offer help beyond routine.

I stayed there for 06 nights and everyday the breakfast was quite same. after 8am no refilling's. Most of the items were over. Ex; Bread corner, Milk jug and cut fruits.

Breakfast timing from 6:30 am suited many. Items were good like egg station or dosa etc. Spacious restaurant, good spread. Very neat and clean room, comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, but not of IBIS standard. No fresh juices were provided, only cut fruits were there, it would have been better if you provided whole oranges or banana, breakfast buffet scattered on small tables across the lounge, chances of missing the items of interest were more. Tea coffee was way outside. Refilling of normal tea bags delayed; leftover were green tea or chamomile tea. Service in breakfast restaurant very slow, putting cutlery till 7 O'clock though bf started at 6:30 am. Two people booked for stay however dental kits etc were provided for only one person. Complained to housekeeping but of no avail. Nothing came till our check out. Please keep a water jug in the room. The water bottles contain so little of water in them.

Location and courteous staff. More vegetarian variety in food menu for in room dining. I understand its fixed at the whole chain level for consistency but for travelers like me who stay for many days, it gets boring very quickly.
