Absolutely no complaints except we told them they needed towel racks. Great staff, comfy and clean room, good breakfast, great location and price. We're happy we chose this place Looks dodgy on the outside. Don't let that stop you. The area is safe and the hotel is modern and well kept.

Receptionists, porters and kitchen staff did their work professionally. Requests were taken care of promptly. The breakfast provided was convenient for starting our day. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Daily newspapers and masala tea (late afternoon i think) was provided. Ohh, there was an iron and ironing board in the corridor which was a really convenient addition. The porters were really helpful, especially on the day we left. Due to traffic jam and the road condition we had to cross the road in order to reach our uber and they waited with us outside and made sure we got across the road safely, carrying our suitcases. If you're sensitive to noise, the sound insulation might be problem. But that was not an issue to bother me and my family as we're sound sleepers.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me book a taxi to the airport and with anything I needed. The breakfast was tasty and the location is about a 20 min walk to most tourist spots in the south and 5 mins from Crawford market. The budget rooms are basic and a little small but if you aren't spending much time in your room then it's fine for a good nights sleep. There's also free tea and biscuits in the evening!

Very peaceful atmosphere very good and well mannered staffs always helpful overall it was a pleasant stay for us The location n also the main entrance from the main road where to grab a taxi a bit difficult you need to climb the staircase to reach the hotel reception and now if u alone you can't leave your luggage unattended to go and look for the staff this need to be given a consideration especially for old people

The staff are friendly and efficient. It is located within a walking distance of many tourists places if you like walking. Nothing particular. No natural light in the room I stayed.

I really like the layout of the room, it was cleaned, air conditioning and fans work. Breakfast was good. Overall great vibes. Nicely located with a ride away from almost everything.
