The washrooms were clean but people from opposite building can see our butts There were bed bugs, the bed area is not clean!! The storage was also not very clean!!

The beds and bathrooms were clean, it’s very close to Masjid station, literally three mins, which is itself only 5 mins by train from CSMT. It also only takes 15 mins to walk from CSMT It doesn’t really look like the photos, but that didn’t really bother me to be honest. It could be better signed as I did walk past is a few times. It’s opposite a petrol pump of that helps anyone

The bed was super comfortable, it was an amazing stay. In my next visit I'm staying here for sure.

With the price everything was good. And even staff was also okay, may be it was the bad timing or mood of one young staff member named Babu, that's what he told me, I was little bit upset with his tone when I was checking out... no one wanted to end their journey with arguments... most important is hostel staff must learn the lessons from professionals about behaviour towards ... It was my 1st goSTOPS property among others where I had little off experience...

Bed everything is maintained Reception staff was good well behaved and our check out got delayed due to some reason informed in advace he was kind enough to understand. But one laundry staff was very rude ,immediately told to take bags from locker and was not allowing to use washroom due to delay in check-out.Bad experience.

The washrooms never felt clean and bedrooms were dirty. The dorms smelled bad as well. This hostel needs a severe cleaning makeover as it felt so dirty and rundown. Wouldn’t stay here again.
