Good location, helpful staff

Great room, amazing breakfast and Max was so lovely and helpful during our stay. Helped us get ubers, sightseeing suggestions, organizing airport drop off etc. Was a pleasure and look forward to staying again.

The staff is very well warm and welcoming. The pace and location are good. The sound proof windows truly helped a peaceful rest. I think the cleaning can be improved/ staff could be trained better.

Nothing I booked for premium room. As I requested for a room earlier than standard checkin time of 14:00 hrs, I was given a SHODDY ROOM on the fifth floor. When I objected, Room 401 was provided. The NOISE FROM RENOVATION was very disturbing. the lift area is always populated by construction material and people involved with renovation. SPICY food ordered was SWEETISH and only after repeated request RED CHILLI SAUCE WAS PROVIDED, that too when I went down toi the restaurant.

The romm wasn't very clean, bedsheets and pillow covers were a bit used and dirty. There was strange odour in the room. This is with regards to the price point as well as the room was a luxury one. It was pretty expensive.

The location Room was very small, No sufficient space for our luggage also.

Room and the bathroom is well maintained and it's hygiene. Front office team was good inough to serve you. Breakfast is limited but good inough to your stomach. Due to it's age first time when u enter the room you will have some fungus smell from the wood. Rest all is fine.

Amazing staff. Always willing to help. Breakfast was great every single day. Location is so central to all the shopping markets. Regular rooms need to be renovated. The first room we got was quite run down. The management did their best to give us a better room and it did not disappoint

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly Deepak the Manager was very good at assisting us with daily knowledge and arranging transport his complication skills were great The food was great and could not fault the staff The actual Manager even arranged a complimentary taxi to drive us to our new hotel I would definately recommend this hotel although your Site told us we had a booking for a two room apartment which they do not have they went out of their way to make our stay very very enjoyable ?

breakfast was good. the hotel was generous in food and attention to the tinniest needs of the guests. The manager Mr. Sanjay follow up was awesome. they organized very cost effective trips for the guest that we enjoyed very much. Chef Raj Chef Khan, Aaron the restaurant manager, Suneil, Manoore and Deep at the reception provided very efficient and professional service and were so attentive to the comfort of the guests. the location of the hotel is excellent, close to all amenities. It's the best hotel in the area.

Good location for my dental treatment Dentzz. Walking distance to Dentzz and also numerous markets and shopping along Linking Road. The Oriental Residency Hotel offers a great variety of local and international cuisines. They even have a menu for Dentzz patients with great tasting soft diets. They can also arrange local tours on Sundays for Dentzz patients as the Dental clinic closes on Sundays. Shout out to Chef Rajveer, Breakfast supervisor Arun, Duty manager Deepak and GM Sanjay for their superb services. Cheers!

Staff were friendly & helpful. Delicious meals made with fresh ingredients prepared by the Talented Chef Raj & local private Sunday tours for our Dentzz Mumbai patients kindly Approved by GM Sanjay. Oriental Residency & Dentzz became our home away from home in Mumbai. Luckily, Steve Lew our guest Ambassador from WA organised specially designed nutritious meals prepared by Chef Raj for Dentzz patients. Travelling can be daunting and we are grateful to GM Sanjay & Staff for welcoming us.
