Very clean budgeted property. Very helpful staff like Prakash & Sumit It was loud from 6-10:30 of plates, cooking etc. it was very loud and affected my sleep

When we arrived there was no water to flush the toilet and mosquitoes inside the room. They informed us the water would come back sometime around midnight. We ended up canceling our reservation and going to another hotel

Helpful staff especially the cooks Samiksha, Yash, and another one (forget his name) Being a serviced apartment, it should have the tea making facilities in room, as well as a small fridge. Access should be keyless using only cards and not physical keys. Food service in house rather than bringing it from Bandra T9. Parking facilities. TV channels and service has to be from a good provider like Airtel/Dish/Tata etc and not the local cable provider, cannot watch CNN/BBC and other international channels

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and there were plenty of amenities available, such as a common kitchen area with a kettle, washing machine and electric stove. Breakfast was also delicious It would have been helpful to have staff at the reception during certain hours to ask for help with things like booking a cab etc, however there was mobile contact which was fine.

Mr Vijay service was really good. Overall everything was good. Breakfast was limited. Need to add some more items to the breakfast.

Breakfast good and has variety - menu changes day to day. Quite a few mosquitoes make its way into the unit daily. Would appreciate having more mosquito repellent devices.

The room and bathroom were great, one of the best seen in India. There were several cockroaches in our room which felt disgusting. Additionally, it is good to know the appartment is noisy/not well isolated. One night we were unlucky with other guests being very loud in the common room after midnight. Not the responsibility of the staff ofcourse but we had a very bad night of sleep, so good to be aware of this if you are a light sleeper.

Room inside is nice, although misses electrical plugs Room sits right next to a common area having a kitchen. The intense smell of the kitchen reaches the room. On top of that, I asked for the possibility of a late check out, and I was told it was not possible based on next guest (totally understandable), yet when I asked whether I could stay in the common area for 1h, I was also refused, not understandable. Check out been at 12, at 11.50 staff knocked at the door to invite me to leave, very rude. Worst part is, I eventually stayed on the common area in front of my room till 2pm. It was not till 1.45pm that cleaning staff came to clean my room, 2h after knocking on my door, really not appreciated.

I'm impressed with the apartment's location. It offers all the necessary amenities, and the staff is really helpful. The bathrooms are too small.

We booked it for the Coldplay concert weekend, so considering the crazy hike in prices across the city, this was decent. Though I'm told it's cheaper otherwise. The room was clean. The staff was very very good - especially Vaibhav who made it seamless. Unfortunately there is some construction happening next door and the walls are paper thin. We could hear that non stop (even on Sunday morning) as well as simple things like washing of utensils /soft voices in the dining area. Kitchen could do with a deep clean. The shower doesn't work properly.

Excellent location, clean rooms and bathrooms Breakfast options very limited, but not a major problem. Shower was blocked and needs attention
