Nothing Very bad experience, Our stay at the Hotel o Sion Recidency was utterly disappointing, with incredibly dirty rooms, unresponsive staff, and a general lack of basic amenities and they are scamming

the hotel staff refused to allow me to chek in, though i had prebooked the room and made a partial payment. they told me that they not provide rooms at the cost wich is mentioned on booking.com app. and they asked me to pay more amount if i want to check in. i tried calling customer care from the booking.com app but they never connected me to the right place. i was in need of room nd didnt had other options that time, so i gave dem extra amount of 1500rs nd den they gave me the room. wen i checked in the room was very small as compared to the pics displayed on the app. i was waiting for a friend so i waited in the room for 30 minutes. wen my freind visited, we dicided to chek out nd look some other hotel . we went to the reception and told the staff that we want to check out. please return our money or atleast return some amount. but they denied. i was cheated . i will never use booking .com nor recommend anyone for that. how can they refuse my prebooking.
