No road Room very small TV not working

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the airport so the airplanes overhead are a bit noisy. There is not much to see or do in walking distance but the slum neighborhood along the road from the Yoga Institute was a great evening experience and I got my hair and beard trimmed in a street-side barbershop.

Polite staff and very good services and had an amazing food

Good hotel

Hotel should call me and convey that Booking could not proceed as we don't have facility for family stay. Om arrival they provide additional Bed as communicated in mail. Extra Charge 1500 for Same where Kids suppose to sleep on floor .very horrible and very disappointed . Food quality very pathetic . Charging for Water 50rs for 1ltr is it International Hotel or People who are looting as you have his her Credit card number.

Honestly, there was nothing that I can say positive about this property. Although I had family in Mumbai, I chose to stay in a hotel, as I was on an early morning flight out..Never got any sleep as the staff and guests were so load until 1.00 am. When I went on the app to order cup of tea..a list of all the items on the welcome table were added to the cart and could not be edited. When I asked the manager about this ..he just laughed it off ..without a doubt I would never stay here again or recommend this property.

Very clean Rooms are very small and there is no space for luggages, also the food was 0%

I ordered an airport pick-up, which never arrived, because “the driver went home to sleep”. Rooms are small, equipped with the bare minimum. No hot water in the shower, only one morning there was hot water. For sure no 5 stars, far away from that.

Disappointed. Its worst property I have visited. I travel a short trip just hourly stay like (15 hour) this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in despite not being cheap. Very disappointed by the management. They consider to visitor is the gust without my clarification. They charged extra money to allow of real guest I Never recommended anyone to Choose this property to feel disappointed. if supposed you are an short trip with projected budget preparation. That may happen they can charge extra payment . Disappointed because they consider it the visitor is main gust without any clarification from my side & charged extra payment to allow guest. ? The visitor was attended for just 4 minutes to calloct their parcel from me.

Property was neat and clean Over priced

Clean hotel. Breakfast good. Good location, close to airport (but nothing around the hotel) -It says "restaurant " in the prescription, not true, only dining area where you bring your food or order food. -rooms very tiny, no place for all my luggage -hotel manager does not have sympathy to go above and beyond in customer service, for a small urgent favor I asked.

Cleanliness and Roof Top seating for relaxing voice of Plane but its not heard inside room as hotel is close to airport.

Location is nice, manager was good and cooperative Hotel was not that good, there were rat in the dinning area. They have mentioned plenty of things in the room facilities like bath tub, sofa etc. but it is not there.

The key was not working, I had to call a person from reception to open the door when locked.

nice place for a night stay near the airport the breakfast is very poor, the hotel surroundings are not that good can't be considered a 5 star hotel as mentioned it's only good and clean room for a night stay near the airport if you have a flight

Disappointing

The staff were very polite, and the place was clean. Lets start before the arrival. I received batches of about 6 emails at a time asking me to pay half the stay in advance with a waring that the place would not be saved for me.. We paid for the Queen size room which supposedly had an extra size bed and soft mattress. The bedroom was tiny and squashed, and the mattress not very soft. Breakfast was included in the proces. The breakfast was a joke. The area was a small tiny room outside the hotel area. Some watermelon (which had flies around it), The Tea was the only redeeming aspect of the brekky. They served some rice, and also had some bread butter and Jam.

I loved the staff and the room quality. Safe and neat for female solo The fae travelers too. Food is also very affordable. The female reception staff was very supportive and helpful.

The cleanliness was on the top. Staff behaviour was also polite and helpful. We asked them, hot water is not coming in the bathroom but they haven't done anything about it.
