Nothing Dirty, rude front desk man, it was rat shit on the sheets that by the way were used, full of hair of someone else. The floor had marks of feet with dust and water, ahh also blood stains in the sheets.

The staff wasn't very expressive but I still think they were nice, helpful, and responsive! For smoking being allowed, the room surprisingly had no strong odor! There was no soap/shampoo/hair dryer. And they only provided 1 towel. There was 1 light in the room that kept flickering that was a bit spooky. The room seems to allow smoking, which explains for the burn holes in the sheets. The water pressure also wasn't good

The room was really comfortable and the location really convenient, being near the train station made really easy to go around the city. I asked for breakfast that was in the menu in the room but what I asked was not available, then the receptionist offered another dish but didn't know the price. My advice: just offer what you have and know the price. If changes a lot, then try another method of offering. There were small cockroaches in the room, a lot. The table is really small, sometimes I wanted to be on my notebook to do some planning or research, but it was really uncomfortable and short. The staff in the morning were sleeping in the sofa and wearing flip flops. For me that is not a nice behavior for a 4 star hotel. Make the experience lower.

Location is okay Lots of cockroaches, dirty floors, rooms near reception have no soundproof, so you can hear each and everything happening in the reception area.
