Very clean , all staff were supper helpful, the hallways smell so god. Clean pool . The only bad part i will say is that there is no bar or restaurant at the pool. Beside that everything was perfect. Super easy check in and out.

Very clean and good overall

The hotel was clean and welcoming. It appeared that they were doing some remodeling, but for the most part it was quite and clean. We enjoyed the pool and how close the hotel was to the beach.

Decent for the price.

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. There should be conditioner in the shower. Ironing board but no iron. Unexpected video check-in procedure.

Breakfasts not so good, but ok

I’ve been here several times and this hotel never disappoints. The check-in process is great; although some people complain about it, I feel it is great. They have been renovating some rooms, and the room I had was excellent and very clean. The breakfast is good, although I feel it was a bit better in the past. The location is fantastic—the street out front takes you straight to the beach. Even though it is not on a main avenue, it is very close by car to restaurants and entertainment.

Nothing went well. There was no physical staff in the office, only a kiosk where you could register. I was not told in the literature that I would have to scan my driver's license. It was in my possession, but I have a privacy issue with the scan. I was told that if I didn't scan, my registration would be cancelled. That is exactly what happened. I was charged one night's stay, even though they cancelled. I did not like the impersonality of the staff, nor did I like the idea of a mandatory scan. If this is their policy, it should have been clearly stated when I reserved. I lost money because this was not stated, and it is not right that this happened.

Hotel looked good. Never got in the pool but it looked clean and well cared for. Breakfast was below average. NOT A FAN of the computer check in and check out. Truly felt like from the future. Have stayed twice before because of the location but may not again.
