Clean enough, decent pool. Breakfast was ok

Maravillas personas , excelente personal en todas las areas del hotel, unas habitaciones muy limpias comfortables y maravillosas pero sobre todo excelente servicio y trato en el desayuno y las dos senoras del front desk

Very expedited check in. Room was great. The front desk folks. Especially Maria, were so friendly. Nice breakfast. We would definitely stay here again

I appreciated the staff putting me and my elderly father next door to each other on the first floor. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was decent.

Overall the hotel is clean and well maintained for this price point. The free Continental breakfast is underwhelming with not much of a daily selection and lack of available fresh fruits. It is served between 6am-9am, which when people are on vacation would probably appreciate it extended to 10am.

I was there for several days. One day I returned late to my room to discover no room service had been done. Dirty towels piled in bathroom, no emptied waste baskets ,no bed made. When I explained to front desk she said she would check with housekeeping she said she would check for do not disturb on door. She then came back to tell me that room service was completed in my room. I asked to speak to manager,,but manager was no available. Poor service. Basically housekeeping said I was lying. I deserve compensation for lack of room service and poor customer service by staff. My 9 night stay was discouraging

Checkin was a breeze and the receptionist (I think her name was Heather) was most pleasant and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and clean, but for the toilet needing a little more attention and the shower gel dispenser in the shower being empty. We notified Heather of these issues and they were swiftly addressed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Toda la atención en general fue excelente muy buenas personas la instalación muy limpia pero esta vez hubo algo que no me gustó y fue que el aseo del baño lo cambiaron a botellas más grandes y como seguridad están fijos so no los puedes mover y le pedí a la señora de servicio que por favor los cambiara porque estaban vacíos desde el día que entramos y me pareció tan ridículo de su parte revisar botella por botella para ver si les quedaba un poquito o no , y tanto fue así que me dejó el acondicionador vacío y mi esposo lo intentó sacar para abrirlo y así poder sacarle algo para terminar de lavarme el pelo y resultó que se hizo una herida el el dedo con el plástico, resumen es algo que deberían cambiar constantemente ya que es obvio que se gasta rápido me pareció muy ridículo de su parte y muy mal servicio

Pretty location with the pool on a canal and reasonable rates with central location.

Exceptional

The property was very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable at about a 7.5/10. Noise levels were very low. No insects or evidence of any was seen. There are several fast food and local places to eat within a few minutes drive, as well as a Walgreens two minutes and a Walmart about ten minutes away. The area was quiet and seemed to be low crime. A fifties style diner is a thirty second walk from the hotel. The pool was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and had sausage, cheese omelettes, cereal, waffles, bagels, fruit, toast, juice, milk, and coffee. Everyone on staff was very helpful (especially those working the breakfast area) and welcoming. Next time I’m in town we will be staying there again.

This hotel for people who need a nice affordable place to stay. Breakfast is very limited. I would consider it poor. Otherwise it good.
