Front staff was good but couldn’t help me with my situation. Our room had a smell. Carpet seemed a little damp. The mattresses are not very comfortable. We stayed in this room for 2 nights out of the 4 nights. The staff changed our room when we complained.

Chris at the front desk & Kacey at the bar/food area were both very helpful and friendly. Did not get the room serviced on Saturday and we had to call for more towels, which were available. The TV remote needed fresh batteries.
