We absolutely love this hotel, the staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean. The rooms are very spacious and you don’t feel on top of eachother. The location is wonderful, very close to my son’s dorm! We love this property and we’ve stayed many times while visiting Boone!

Clean, good breakfast, coffee all day There was no soap. Shampoo and body wash in the shower were completely empty. Luckily I brought my own. I felt weird asking. Walls were super thin for a brand new building. I don’t understand that. I could hear the other doors slamming shut all night long. Heard the couple next door having sex. Was so loud it sounded like they were in the room with us. We were excited for them to check out, but then they were replaced with what sounded like a group of 5 college guys. They were coming and going all night and we could hear them talking super loudly in the middle of the night. Sleeper sofa has the worst mattress ever, I’m still waiting for my back to go back to normal. Have you ever seen that episode of Seinfeld where Elaine sleeps on the pull out sofa in Florida??
