Tired of paper bowls for breakfast... this isn't redroof in... post covid excuses are tired. Non smoking room had definitely been smoked on

We absolutely loved this hotel. It felt like coming home. It was so close to everything. We had a double queen room with a Mountain View and it was perfect. Everyone we talked to that worked there was so awesome! Will definitely stay again on our next mountain adventure!

The staff and amenities were great! Breakfast was hot and well stocked! We enjoy the pool alone twice on our trip. Only down side was our room was not very clean, stains on the sheets, shower and floor were dirty and it smelled a little bit. We also did not use the WiFi due to having to make an account but that was our choice.

Everything was clean and the staff were great. We did have an issue with the lock sticking on our door so we couldn't close the door. But otherwise everything was great. It's in a quieter location a little outside of Boone.

Our room had stains in the carpet, something all over the tile, etc. It just didn’t feel well maintained and as nice as I expected for the price and previous reviews. The breakfast was well done.

The room was clean but in 5 days we only had 1 visit from housekeeping! I went to the front desk for towels daily. Not Marriott standards….
