Near the beach No breakfast

Best location. It's almost between Station 1 and 2, a few steps away from the beach and stores. A carinderia is also at the entrance. The staff (Kent and the ladies) attended to our needs with sincerity and smiles. The AC wasn't working well and they let us transfer to another room. Fair rates. We will be back for sure. The pillowcases weren't fresh as they still have hairs from previous occupants. But everything else was clean. The room was a bit old but it was comfortable and spacious enough.

Great location on white beach. Security on premises too. Shower pressure was poor. They accept cash only.

Location The rooms need an upgrade. Linens and towels are very old and dated. The Internet is very poor. The beds need actual mattresses vs a futon. They only accept cash payment.

Location is ideal! You can just walk to the beach and all the food fruit shakes and grilling right there. Super convenient for tours also. They have security guard at night and I always felt safe and appreciated there. Only minor things – for example I had to ask for my room to be cleaned after two days – maybe that’s the policy and it was no big deal because they cleaned it one hour after I asked.

The location is just few steps to the beach and staffs (Reception lady, Cleaners and Security) are the best and really helpful all time. Its just the AC is very hard to control and we didn't find the restaurant within the resort

Balcony and location Shower was too low and the height adjuster was broken.

The room is noisy with window unit air-conditioned, and the bed is not a bed but is a cot with a plywood board base. The bathroom has a shower with a waterheater manifold. It is wired externally with an outlet. To me, it looked dangerous. Electricity, water, and the human body dont go well together. There is no vanity and a small sink. The sink does not have hot water. There is limited television programming, and that is if it works. The bathroom does not have a vent fan. Most outlets are worn out in the room and will not hold a plug. The plugs are not easily accessable. Overall, they need to shutdown and update to a more modern decorative style.
