It’s right in front of the beach Roaches in bathroom, small rat in the room, sheets and room smell old and moldy, pillows smell old and “kulob”

The staff: they were very welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Whatever we asked for such as extra water, shampoo, soaps- they have it! It was rainy when we checked out and they helped us with our bags all the way down to Station X. Thank you for taking good care of my family! Cleanliness and comfort: this hotel is spotless! I slept very well in the room as the bed is perfect. They have a fridge so you can store water and some food. Location: 100% It was close to everything! Very walkable to all the stations and Dmall! It’s also so close to our favorite Filipino restaurant, Subo. Which was actually recommended by one of the hotel staff. It wasn’t as crowded as the other stations and it’s literally a beachfront hotel.

Location Breakfast included has no choices but eggs or eggs or eggs. Better just get room and skip breakfast at hotel. Mattresses are not the best, very hard and old. Needs better lighting in bathroom.

The location was just a short walk to the beach. Beds were relatively comfortable. The tv was inexplicably mounted on the wall that DID NOT face either bed lol. I assumed it had a movable bracket ( like many hotels do) but nope. An easy fix that should have been noticed and addressed during initial construction. Also, if you didn’t ask for your room to cleaned and swept each day , it wasn’t done. How this is not automatic at a beach hotel ( sand in the room is a constant issue ) ? Staff were responsive to requests however. Oh and they do not currently accept cc as a form of payment, I find this unacceptable for an advertised three - four star hotel.

The location was excellent. The bathroom needed some maintenance. The sink faucet was loose as was the toilet seat. It was difficult to coordinate room cleaning with the house keeping staff.
