Close to all attractions Check in at 3pm rooms not ready until 4pm.

The staff are unaccomodating and unfriendly unlike the higher priced facilities where the staff are well-trained in hospitality and handling of guests.

We checked in with 35 pax under two different names. The front desk staff had a bad attitude, according to my aunt, and they were not attentive to details. Our check-in time was supposed to be 2:00 PM, but even after 2:00 PM the rooms were still not ready because housekeeping was still cleaning. The rooms should have been prepared before our check-in date and time. In Room 108, the toilet flush was broken. My God, the dirt would not flush down. It was very frustrating because I was only able to check in at 2:40 PM. The check-in process was such a hassle, and honestly this was one of the worst hotel check-in experiences we’ve had. In Room 219, the air conditioner was very weak. In Room 220, there were still workers making noise upstairs even at 7:00 PM, which was very disrespectful to guests who were trying to rest. Another concern is Room 120 — the door could not be locked properly because it was scraping against the floor. The Wi-Fi was also very weak and kept disconnecting.

We noticed some concerns with our Junior Suite room, as the lighting was quite dim, the air conditioning was weak, and the water pressure was low. However, the standard rooms in the other building were beyond okay, and overall, my family still enjoyed their stay. Despite the concerns we experienced, we appreciate the location and peaceful atmosphere of the property, and we would definitely consider coming back in the future. Upon check-in, some of the front office staff appeared unapproachable, which did not feel very welcoming. We also noticed some staff speaking negatively while in the presence of guests. Filipinos are known not only for the islands, but also for the hospitality and compassion in our culture. It was also quite disappointing to hear the negative conversations in Bisaya, assuming guests would not understand, when in fact, many of us in the lobby area were Bisaya speakers as well.

The room is very comfy and clean. Suggestions only: For breakfast buffet...: Maybe you can include milo in the buffet, especially if we have kids that want to drink hot milo in the morning because it's not available. I know the standard is coffee, but children can't drink coffee. Maybe you can consider this suggestion. Thank you so much.

The location is very convenient to all the clients,staff are all good,have a clean environment . The best place to spend your vacation in Boracay.

Front beach It was our first time un Boracay. I was with my family. We had seniors with us too. Its not advisable for senior since they have stairs only. First issue, the place will not drop u straight to the hotel, there's a walk from the main road to the place so its hard if you have luggages with you. 2nd, the aircon was fluctuating the 1st night was too cold. You could not adjust the way of the air since its broken then the nxt day it was warm since it was frozen ice so they have to fixed it. The.compressor also stopped working. Lights in the room is dim so dont expect for a bright light when you put your make up on. The water pressure in the shower is low and we are only in the 2nd floor, I wonder if your on the 3rd and 4th it might be more worse. The water heater controller is broken so you have to.call someone to adjust it for you. Then on the last day the.bathroom flush broke so with 9 of us unable to fully use the bathroom bowl was difficult. Free breakast was priced at 250 for those who is not staying there but you only have few food selection and when its closed to 9 even if its not even 9 yet they will no.longer replenish the trays so better wake up.earlier. overall, if I go back to Boracay I will never stay there again. Also not a queen size bed.

Great location and a few steps to the blue water of Boracay!!! I was placed on the 2nd floor without elevator and have a bad knee.
