Room smelled of mold. Black mold in the bathroom. Mold blasting from A/C. I ended up sick and leaving early

The bed is big and comfortable. Rooms are big as well . staff are helpful , fast and servicial. No hot water and almost no pressure in the shower . In the corridor is flooded. No one is doing anything about that . This hotel is not good unfortunately,

Outdated must be renovated, croaches in the bathroom. Old furnished and smells bad

The hotel stay was marred by inconvenient access requiring a 5-minute walk with bags, severe cockroach infestations in multiple rooms despite complaints and video evidence, and a breakfast that was a meager plated meal (not the advertised buffet) with small portions, a hair in the food, and long waits. Poor service exacerbated issues, like charging 50 pesos per bucket of ice that guests had to fetch themselves from the lobby, making the overall experience unsanitary, frustrating, and unworthy of recommendation.

Location is superb because it’s right by the beach. Also, Station 3 is more serene and not crowded compared to Station 2 so if you want more peaceful vibes, this hotel is perfect for you. Food is good. Old property. Hot shower is more like a lukewarm shower. Toothbrush and umbrella are not provided compared to other hotels. We asked for another bottle of water in the evening but it seems like they only provide 1 bottle per day since we didn’t get our request.

I will still say that the property was clean and friendly staff despite of the incident happened broken dental glass we’ve been charged PHP 500 for it even I had showed the reception that my son cut his hand due to broken glass and it was not my son fault. We didn’t get any sympathy or apology. Value, good location, swimming pool. Decent room.

Comfy bed. Tidy room. It has E-kettle you can drink coffee anytime. Beachfront. Friendly manager. already pay our hotel stay through online but on their end twas not so i showed them my proof of paynent

The location was fantastic for the hotel. Right on the beachfront in Station 3. The staff went above and beyond to help in anyway they could, even went to local restaurants to bring food in when there nothing available to eat! Sadly the hotel is lacking in lots and even ran out of beer for several days, we had to tell the manager to go buy some in from the 7/11!! Sadly the bar closes at 10.00pm regardless if customers were drinking and having fun. The food was terrible with little to no choice and you were limited to one glass of juice each morning. The pool was ok but the decking around was full of spongy deck boards and they were rotting and cracked! The lift only went to the 3rd floor which with mobility issues was not ideal!! As we say the staff were amazing especially Lester one of the afternoon waiters. Value for money was not good but the location was truly amazing. Beachfront location with plenty of restaurants either side of the hotel. Lack of facilities, no stock, tired and worn out frontage.

The hotel is located in the beach front. That’s what I like most because we don’t need to travel going to the beach. The lobby

The staff is very kind and approachable Its not i didnt like, its looks old and not updated.. need to repaint it.. the towel also is old already.. Maybe need to put a chair outside near the beach area to add for the enjoyment of the guest.

Staffs are very accommodating, welcoming and always smile. They are very efficient to all our request. Facilities needs maintenance but rooms are very comfortable and clean
