We have stayed at this property several times and we really enjoy it. Some of the staff recognize us now and it is good to see familiar faces. We had two issues on our recent stay. They have the beach chair zipped tied down where you can’t move them. That’s not a good thing when the sun moves and you can’t be comfortable in the sun. You used to be able to move them and stay comfortable. I wish they would change that. We had a little trouble with housekeeping and getting them to clean the room. We would put the please clean room sign on the outside doorknob but it was ignored several times. We gave up and called the front desk requesting clean towels but no one ever brought them.

It is a gorgeous resort. A bit further away from the main white beach but beautiful pools, lovely staff and comfortable. Some of the restaurants were not open during my stay

How inconveniently far it was from everything. Also how it stated it was beachfront when indeed it wasn't if you had to take a shuttle there. Not easily walkable!

The private beach has sea urchins but we were not warned about it. I suggest you wear aqua shoes when you go in the weather. The property is vast so you need to ride shuttles to go around. They have a lot of shuttles available but you might need to wait for a while specially mid-day.

o like the friendly staff, peaceful place. i don't think the breakfast is worth it or good value for a hotel like fairway.

the pictures they posted when you are booking the place is very far from the actual, its like 10-15 yrs older in actual. they were having a pool party when we checked in that evening .surprisingly, they did not replaced the pool water after that and we swam on it the next evening,we only noticed that there are tissues and other sediments in the pool when we are on it, had a skin rashes and redness all over my body after and have to go to clinic because of it. breakfast was not good, first day, they had only 2-3 viands ( bangus na hindi boneless, boiled egg, scrambled egg). secod day, chicken longganisa, boiled egg, scrambled egg ulit.???During check out, the front desk was asking me to sign a document (another 8k) about an extra payment aside from the actual payment that we did in booking.com. good thing is that we checked and argued about it. at the end, they said it was a mistake and didn’t mean to charge another room ( that should be part of the 3 rooms that we booked).

Thoroughly enjoyable experience top-to-bottom. Excellent staff, location (quiet golf course setting) and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the private beach cove, on-site fire dancing, various pools, activities and delicious foods (including the grand breakfast buffet provided each morning). Last, but not least, we were surprised at the free of charge on-demand shuttles that would take us from the hotel lobby to the cove/infinity pool, front gate and mini mart (located at the main entrance). The whole experience felt luxurious.
