Beach location was nice except for the loud music all night. Staff were super friendly and as helpful as possible. Loud noise from neighboring bar till 2am.

Beachfront property with a great location and direct access to the beach. The rooms appear to be newly renovated, giving them a fresh and modern feel. Everything was well maintained and the rooms were very clean, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront accommodation with updated and tidy rooms. The rooms are quite small, and the hotel does not have a lift. As it is a boutique hotel, guest rooms are located on the 2nd to 4th floors, so access is only via stairs. Noise from the stairway can sometimes be heard from the rooms. In addition, the property offers limited amenities beyond the basic accommodations.

Every time I visit Boracay, Zuzuni is my go to. They have friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the location is amazing. The breakfast is also amazing! The restaurant offers delicious Mexican inspired food and it did nog disappoint. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friend and family.

Location Filthy. Moldy. Absolutely filthy. This place made me wicked sick. As soon as I'd return to the room I'd start coughing like crazy. I developed a bad sore throat. In the mornings my eyes would crust over and turn bloodshot red. It should be condemned and shut down. This place should be condemned and the breakfast was easily the lowest quality in our stay. We told them several times we don't eat pork for religious observation and they still served us pork one day as an accident. Very insensitive. Even if they didn't happen, they give you as little food as they can get away with.

The location is excellent! It’s close to everything, including souvenir shops, convenience stores, both affordable and upscale restaurants, D’Mall, and various water activities. The room is clean and well-maintained, with free Wi-Fi available. There’s also no need to pay a security deposit. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and attentive to their guests. Im a solo traveller and the room I stayed in was comfortable and suitable for two people, though the air conditioning was a bit weak, which made it slightly uncomfortable after coming in from the heat outside. However, the free breakfast provided was only for one person, even though the room was booked for two. It would be better if the staff could confirm whether the breakfast should be for one or two guests, or perhaps offer the option instead and let the guest decide. This would be especially helpful for shy guests who might hesitate to ask. :)

Location. Very near to everything and the beach. The room is not sound proof so it’s very noisy at night. Quality of towel needs to be better. It was like a used rug.

I love the location. Our room had a beach front view. We had breakfast on our private balcony every morning. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant below was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The A/C works well and the plumbing in the shower works great. It’s not wheelchair accessible.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, right in front of a beautiful beachfront with uninterrupted sea views. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from our room was unforgettable. The beach was just a few steps away, making it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset strolls. The view alone makes this place worth visiting, but the overall ambiance, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms made our experience even better. Perfect for anyone looking to relax by the sea and enjoy a peaceful coastal escape. Highly recommended! During our 2-night stay, there was ongoing road construction right in front of the hotel that started around 11 PM to midnight and continued until approximately 4–5 AM. Unfortunately, the noise significantly affected our sleep quality both nights.

Location was excellent! Right in the middle of station 2. The rooms need some TLC. Cabinets have molds and the curtains look like they haven't been washed for long time. The room smelled musty too. The air purifier didn't help at all. Breakfast was okay.

you can smell the septic tank in whole area of the premiere room. you need to fix this asap

We stayed at Zuzuni this March for a week in Boracay! What can we say... it was GREAT! The hotel is located on the beach front above the restaurant Mochos. The staff were so helpful, once we checked in our little room it was a perfect little boutique slice of heaven. We had a sea view room which was great waking up to the view every was so nice. We had our own balcony, we even had a surprise note and towel display for our anniversary. As breakfast was included we managed to try everything on the breakfast menu which was great, the staff at the restaurant were super friendly and accommodating. The air con worked great kept our room nice and cool, it was clean included towels and bed linen. Good size for a couple. We even booked all our tours with the friendly Kuya Kenn, who arranged our private boat tour, which was great. We would happily stay here again as this is a great value accommodation and I would recommend it to anyone. There was slight downside with the WiFi. We had to keep signing in every half hour, but it wasn't a major issue. Just meant any time your phone locked out you would have to resign in to the wifi with the login details. The additional charge for the transfer is a bit much but it looks like a bit of hassle if you were to sort it yourself - so I would defo recommend doing that.

The best thing here is the staff. I was ill during my time here and Ken from the staff helped me find a clinic, offered to take me, found me another room when my time here ran out and checked on my condition at that hotel. He can also help you arrange an overnight to nearby Carabao Island if you ask. The restaurant downstairs had great drinks and food. The beach is right out the front door, but the rooms are surprisingly quiet for the location. There was a festival going on that had drumming bands marching up and down the beach from early until late. No fault of the hotel, but just be aware, anything happening like that on the beach is just outside, for better or worse. Access to the rooms is all by stairs. The staff are quick to help with luggage but it is something to consider if stairs are an obstacle for you.
