Boracay Beach Houses

The property is amazing! Barely 20 steps to the beach! What my partner loved about it is that it is so peaceful and if you want to relax, this is the place! The staff is wonderful! 24 hours security is just fantastic! Nothing!

We stayed in the second floor unit with incredible views from the balcony and inside. Great air-conditioning breakfast was delicious. Great restaurants within close walking distance. Obviously located right on the beach with private beach chairs. Top rating five out of five. Great value for your money. Very helpful and friendly staff. Propertie was exception

Our stay at Boracay Beach Houses was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better—the beach was literally our front yard, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The area was peaceful and calm, yet close to plenty of great restaurants and cafés, which made everything so convenient. The two connected bedrooms were ideal for our little family, providing both comfort and space for everyone. The house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Good location,directly sees sea from balcony The TV in my room could not connect to the hotel’s wireless network , so I had to use my phone’s hotspot to access YouTube and Netflix.

My stay at Boracay Beach Houses was simply perfect. Waking up and stepping directly onto the beautiful white sand was an absolute dream come true. I particularly loved the balcony overlooking the beach – it was the perfect spot for a morning coffee or watching the sunset. You simply can't get closer to the water than this! Beyond the incredible location, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials were top-notch: the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, the AC was a welcome relief from the heat, and the shower was great. What I loved most was the unique combination of peace and convenience. The area was wonderfully quiet and serene at night, making it easy to relax to the sound of the waves. Yet, whenever I felt hungry, a fantastic selection of restaurants was just a short, pleasant walk away (I strongly recommend trying the Sunny Side Up bistro bar). It’s the ideal spot for anyone who wants a tranquil beach escape without being far from the action. I highly, highly recommend it! nothing to complain about.

My wife was a bit freaked out by all the miniature, artistic statues placed in the room especially the ones in the restroom. It was like a 3-D painting statue. Maybe next time we could ask for them to be removed from our rooms before arrival.

Wonderful stay with a beautiful place overlooking the ocean. Clean room and great daily breakfast. Super friendly staff and enjoyed staying by the sea and having daily swims.

Top location and absolutely amazing staff. Note it's located on station 3, so more quietly and perfect for relaxing as the stations 1 and 2. And it's like 10-15 min beach walk to station 1, if you wanna go there. Good breakfast. There are also good bars and restaurants nearby. Will come again. Thanks for perfect vacation! Recommendation

Excellent view, beach was nice. Facilities were good. A/c was useless, room was very hot. Stairs were way to steep to climb multiple times a day. Exhausting very far walk from good resturaunts.

During our stay d beach is full of algae that why I didn’t enjoy much d beach…Also lots of boats spread on d side and front view of d house

Excellent views and very nice, huge room. Perfect location very close to the bustle but just far enough to be significantly more quiet than the other resorts down the beach. Nice beach spot with shade. Delicious breakfast with a few different choices, and served on the beach. Very helpful and nice staff, and 24/7 security provided. The star of the show was the sweet dog at the property. :)

I really love the location if the property. So quiet and calm away from the buzzing sound of the party in the island. It is spacious and always clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the jacuzzi isn’t working but the tub is strategically placed in a perfect angle to watch the sunset.

It’s in station three which seems to be the best location on the island, I can’t say enough good things about the staff the facility the breakfast that is included, we were here seven days and absolutely did not want to leave. What I didn’t like about the property? And she’s coming here to have solid Internet all of the time then that could disappoint you, but then again, it’s a Philippines so that’s pretty normal. Lol.

Great beachfront room in a quieter part of White Beach. No simple direct access from the main road.
