We stayed here recently, it was really a fun though accommodation is very far station 1 where we booked our water activities, it is still 9 out of ten experience. This place is so peaceful for a family stay and we actually used all their facilities like the kitchen and grilling station. This place is just 2 mins away from the shore. The staff is very accommodating of course. The villa is big and fit for 9 pax. I don’t have any bad experience actually except for not responding for any of my messages before we got to the place, as in zero replies. First thought it was a scam but luckily it is legit and amazing staff by the way!

We were a group of 8 and was accommodated well with complete beds (2 queens, 2 comforters, and a sofa bed close to a king bed). Since we booked a villa, it has all the kitchen tools too especially a microwave, a gas burner, and a ref. We were able to use all of these during our stay plus the utensils too. Above all, we liked the place secure, quite, and peaceful ambience. Thanks to the staffs that run the place. Maybe housekeeping. In other hotels, housekeeping like cleaning, changing of linens, etc. are done daily at a set time. I dont know if we could have requested it but nonetheless the staffs still are very giving to our questions and requests it never affected our stay.

Location is far from the center of Boracay so its peaceful and quiet. There was no communication from the owner. I sent many messages through booking.com and none of these enquiries were answered very disappointed. We have to dragged our luggage from the hilly road where the driver left us, the driver told us to just walk on that lane and it should be there. Lucky some kids on the lane gave us directions where to go. The driver didn't know where Sheridan Villas - we have to show him the address. We paid him 250 pesos for a short drive-he's not an honest person. INTERMITTENT WIFI -so if you are staying here for work, you have to get out and stay awhile outside the front door to have some WIFI connections. The beds upstairs are not that comfortable. It's a wooden bed base with a big thick mattress on top, it's not great to sleep on if you have back problems. We had the villa for 3 people. Caretaker of the villa should have a frequent inventory of their kitchen utensils before asking where is the other bowl-lucky we took photos when we arrived - there was only one bowl. Needs tea towels in the kitchen. Only accommodation that do not give a SENIOR discount for my 80-year-old mother. The owner does not believe on SENIOR discount. We travelled from Cebu, Iloilo and other islands mum always get senior discount. Very disappointing people on business should know about this. Noisy air con.

The location is quite and good for relaxing. No transportation can enter inside the property. Need to walk to avail transportation.

I didn't stay there cause they was not an accredited stay so they wouldn't let me on the boat to the island. I wanted to show my family a decent time and couldn't cause they wasn't accredited yet they told me it was pending but that didn't help me get on the boat.

I was upgraded to Villa. Large space with two double beds, a sofa bed, equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The place is in 2nd beach line, not far from the main area with bars and restaurants. Still, there were good restaurants around. The beach is right there and the area is very quiet. Beds were very confortable. Hot watered worked well. Cleanliness was acceptable but could improved.
