Staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Helped arrange airport transportation, local activities, and answered any questions we had. Location was an easy walk to station 3 beach area which was definitely less crowded than station 2 area.

The room was spacious, clean and nice. I love that there's a pool and the location is just in front of the road so we can easily go around when we want to, it's also peaceful since it's not in front of the beach. Most specially, their breakfast buffet was really good, my dad was a chef, and he really like and complemented the food. The staff are also really nice, I have nothing negative to say about this place. nothing

Our stay was great. We booked the Premier Suite and it was very spacious and beautiful. We also liked that it’s close to the pool and has two bathrooms. The air conditioning was cold and the room was clean. Overall, I really have nothing negative to say about our stay—it was very smooth. Breakfast was good, with the selection changing every day. The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. If I had any suggestions for improvement, it would be the TVs—hopefully they can be upgraded to smart TVs so there are more viewing options like Netflix and YouTube. Also, it would be nice if the Premier Suite had a power outlet on the kitchen countertop to make it easier to use the kettle. That’s all. Overall, no complaints at all.

There's a smoking area next to the stairs which is really not pleasant for guests.

Near beach, walking distance to nearby restaurants, perfect location. We had also used the pool. Friendly staff There is wifi but sometimes getting disconnected. But still, data and signal was strong

It will be good if they can install a hand/hose shower to wash off sand as they only have a head shower and if they can provide a separate shampoo and conditioner not a hair and body wash combined. Please provide hooks for the bathroom to hang wet suits as the room is for a big group and also in the deluxe room. Please also do something about the (urine) smell in the toilet despite continuous flushing the smell seems to stay.
