Location was excellent. Breakfast was charming but quite crowded. They refilled everything quickly and the coffee was brought to the table and excellent. Very small rooms. Shower water gets all over the floor. View out the window was a wall so very dark.

Upon our arrival, We were greeted with a big smile by Robin, who was at the time at the front desk. We were very glad that the room was available for us right away. Our overnight stay was very pleasant. nothing

Lovely hotel in the heart of Bordeaux city. We booked the large suite and it was better than anticipated. Lots of amenities, very comfortable bed, sitting room with desk and large bathroom and WC. For its city centre location it was pin drop quiet at night! The breakfast each morning was perfect with plenty of options, both hot and cold, and friendly service from the kind staff. Cancelled our reservation at the large 5* around the corner and did not regret. Will be back again. Thank you! Nothing. This place is a gem.

We liked everything about this hotel. The room was very spacious and quiet with a very nice sized bathroom. The location was perfect and it was easy to get around the city and see everything we wanted to see. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Can’t think of anything!
