Close to transportation and restaurants. Some members of the staff who were very helpful. The room was dirty. The bed spreads were dirty and appeared to be no washed. The windows were open with air conditioning on. This resulted in flies getting in the room and the bugs were all over the bed. The bathroom had a weird smell and was not clean.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Thanks for to-go breakfast on final day!! Chairs in bedroom were difficult to get in and out of. We like a different, more upright style.

The staff is amazing - Ocean & Nariman are delightful team members. They served an amazing breakfast, made sure we were comfortable with our accommodations and offered great suggestions for sights to see and places to dine. Casa Blanca B&B is beautifully designed, has lovely furnishings, super comfortable beds & lovely bedding linens. We can't wait to return.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast which included a superb almond croissant, fresh fruit, a cheese plate, bread, coffee, fresh juice and a scrambled egg. The location was central, just 2 minutes from a tram stop and we could walk to the tourist office to purchase our city passes. Wonderful! I can't think of anything!

Perfect location on a quiet street but within short walking distance to city center as well as multiple tram lines. Fantastic service and helpful staff with recommendations. Breakfast every morning in the beautiful common area was always a great way to start the day

The breakfast was simple but delicious! They even asked us which type of pastry we wanted so that they could go to a local bakery to get it fresh every morning. Also, every evening they had a little something (pastry, dessert) waiting for us in the room. The room was beautiful and had an amazing vibe

Second stay at Casa Blanca and it was amazing! We love this place!

Great location for our weekend break, central to all areas with a amazing tram system. Breakfast was nice and well presented. Room was clean and well maintained. View from room was dirty walls / building (I don't believe it was the B&B's property).

Room was incredibly spacious, clean, and had a such a lovely terrace. There was a thoughtful note and chocolate for us when we arrived in our room which I thought was a sweet touch. Breakfast was great- can't go wrong with fresh french pastries. Only note is to make sure there are options for people who can't have milk with their tea or coffee.

everything was taken care of in detail: the welcome, the cleanines, the service, the breakfast, the comfort of the room, the space, the beautiful desing of everything! Very grateful to have found Casa Blanca! Thank you to the person who has put thier hearts into every single detail of this home.

The room is lovely and large (tho toilet and shower in opposite corners) This place is not set up to check in in the evening and leave the next morning. For longer stays, it might be very nice. We received conflicting info on parking: before arrival being told we could park on the street and upon arrival being told we really had to pay for a garage a few blocks away (which complicated our plans to get to the airport). In the evening, our host recited several tourist sites on a map of Bordeaux, even though we'd already said we'd been in the region for days and were leaving the next morning. We had a long conversation about when we should leave for the airport (and why the B&B couldn't provide anything for breakfast before 7:30). During our transfer flight, we got a text asking whether we'd left yet and saying we should pay a tax. Why didn't they take care of that the night before? So, not particularly coordinated, perhaps a glitch in staffing. The common room was inviting, and it might be nice for longer stays.

Breakfast was great! Room was large and lovely. nothing except the stairs!!

The location is perfect in a beautiful and safe area of town with many restaurants and sights within walking distance. Our room was huge even for American standards. The bathroom upgrades were great while still keeping the old charm of the building. The breakfast was wonderful each morning and we enjoyed the calming areas we could relax. We will definitely return! None

Super cute! Great location! Super close to public transit!

The location was perfect when visiting Bordeaux Old Town. It is very close to the tram, restaurants, and shops. The room was large enough for us, clean, and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, and served in a nice room with plenty of plants and sunshine! Gildas was very responsive, and his staff commendable! We even recommended for our friends to stay here 2 days before heading back home to the U.S. And, they also enjoyed their short visit to Bordeaux.

The hotel has exquisite design. Fully renovated with elegant touches and beautiful furniture that complement the old bones of the building. Rooms are large and more elegant than they appear in the picture. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The AC worked beautifully despite temperatures of 100F outside. The included breakfast was great. Nothing

Casa Blanca is in a quiet residential neighborhood by a magnificent park which is perfect for sitting or strolling. The home is beautiful and immaculate. I loved relaxing in the atrium for a late afternoon coffee after a day of exploring. The staff is incredibly attentive to all needs and they prepare a wonderful breakfast. Taking a tour of the family’s vineyard is a must. Enjoying a tasting in a 200 year old tree has been the high point of our vacation. Not applicable as everything was perfect.
