Staff were excellent and always happy to help. Breakfast options covered all nationalaties (bacon and eggs a rare find in France and much appreciated) No plug or charge point by the bed that I could find. Very minor issue just usefull when using your phone as an alarm clock.

Great location, lovely room with good view. Breakfast was good. Trams run past the hotel and can feel the vibration. The don't run overnight so can sleep.

Perfect location , great breakfast with a lot of variety. Extremely helpful staff. The shower/tub is very slippery. You need to be careful getting in and out of the tub.

The continental breakfast was very good, a most helpful member of staff on duty. Forgot to get his name. The hotel is very well located, just four stops on the tram system from the railway station. It's a much longer journey to the airport (50 minutes) but easy to navigate on the tram at a cost of 3.80 per person. A taxi costs 60 to 70 euro to the airport. The tram system in general is top class. Be aware though that a tram line passes within five metres of the hotel. The trams commence at 5.00 am and light sleepers may be disturbed. Tram line within close proximity to the hotel.
