Super clean , 3 minutes walk to the trams stop , good breakfast , Allan in the front desk was super kind , and super professional , always ready to help Nothing negative

One male staff in reception was excellent - very helpful . Room was a little basic, no toiletries or phone. Bed comfy but only one locker bedside the bed

Breakfast offered was good with several choices of food. Staff was friendly and attentive Located off the beaten path a way from the actual Meriadeck neighborhood and restaurants. Rooms were small and basic. We actually thought we had booked Ibis closer to main Meriadeck restaurant area.

Great connection to CityCenter and Airport through the tram that passes right in front of the hotel, nice staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast All good!

Everything was good, close to Hotel de region and tram A, close to city center. Good services, confortable beds. Very good breakfast. Still, no vegetable or leafy greens at breakfast. Only carbohydrates and proteins.

The included European continental breakfast was very good. Well taken care of and stocked each day. There is no safe in the room, the shower head if you're not careful points straight onto the bathroom floor. The staff makes it very clear they do not like American guests.

Rooms, breakfast and staff. Restaurant opens for diner. Close to centre. Not much around but very close to centre (only a few stops to sainte Catherine) and hospital Pellegrin. I was visiting a relative at the hospital and it was very convenient to stay there and be able to go back and forth very easily (only 2 stops in tramway)

clean, modern room, friendly staff breakfast was terrible. tour bus was in eating area before us, only thing left to eat was a piece of bread and coffee

Staff were great. Location was great for walking distance to Stade Chaban Delmas. I think it was just my room. Really hot in our room. Roof had damage. After showering, water stain would appear under sink in area not tiled. Had a slight smell to it as well. Not sure if i did or didn't like the view of the cemetery.
