The location of the hotel was close to the tram stop and only about 10 minutes walk to the centre. Check-in was easy and the room had everything we needed. The shower was great and had nice products. The aircon worked well which was needed in the August heat in Bordeaux.

Location, coffee machine, fridge Maybe water/ice machine on each floor? Air con was pretty weak...a big difference from the lobby. The charge for my room was more than I had been quoted so you took a deposit which still is being held on my credit card 2 days later

The location No parking and the shower was an open shower so if you take a shower the entire bathroom has water all over it

Great location easy tram ride from airport and just short walk from hotel to bars restaurant and sights of Boudeaux. Choice of full breakfast or just coffee juice and pastries No complaints all was good

We stayed in the “Prestige Suite” and the room was great in terms of having everything we needed and more regarding the facilities. It also has a fantastic location. We were told we could check in at two, we were given the room cards at two thirty and went up to the room which hadn’t been cleaned at all and all the room had just been left by the previous guests. It was then hurriedly “cleaned” and we returned, the toilet had hairs on the floor and smelled or stale urine, the spa bath didn’t work, there were 3 towels for a family of 4 and no shower gel in the dispenser in the shower. Despite informing the staff that the toilet smelled of urine and there was no shower gel nothing was done about it, we still had no shower gel at half ten in the evening. No one really seemed bothered about the issues.
