The location was good and our junior suite was specious Our bathroom was a wet room style, and it didn’t drain as quickly as I would like, the air conditioning only function to a low level, so we still felt hot and sticky all the time. The hotels website indicates that there are hair driers standard in every room, which I messaged and confirmed with the hotel for arrival, but in fact, they are not, you have to go to the front desk to ask for one and leave a 20 euro deposit. I wish they had told us that to check in so I didn’t have to run down with a wet hair cause I was trying to get ready to leave.

Location was perfect for the city and airport conditions, tram literally outside the front door, line F and A gives access to most places in Bordeaux My room on 10th floor had a really filthy carpet and didn’t look to have been hovered properly I have short brown hair but there was long blonde hair all over the floor.

Air conditioning was working well and we had a pretty nice view from the 10th floor. Everything was clean. The room smelled a little bit of urine. The room was quite small.

Great properly for location, 5-10 minute walk to the main centre with bars/shops etc. Tram stop just outside which is perfect for travel to airport. Residents bar with good options, fresh towels everyday and beds made up every day. Filter water fountain on each floor was a nice touch especially for hot weather. Hotel itself is secure with 24hr reception and key cards needed for elevator. The rooms were a little cramped and the doors didn’t feel overly secure (had to push and pull a few times to ensure properly shut). Carpet in hallways was stained and the hallways had a strange smell. The staff were polite for the most part but there was confusion with the local tax - we paid this upon arrival but were asked to pay again at check out which we disputed. €20 deposit required for iron which should come in the room as standard…

Excellent location close to the centre, good value and check-in and checkout time were good I.e. 14:00 and 12:00 Only got one card for the room which is awkward as you need the card for the lift as well so difficult if one of you wants to go out, I probably should have asked for a second card
