La ubicacion y zonas comunes Habitación muy pequeña, almohadas incomodas y desayuno limitado, no funcionaba la maquina de cafe, pocas opciones de desayuno

Chosen for location for one night sight seeing trip. Location very good. Room clean bed comfortable. Good shower. Very good restaurant next door. Room smaller than other budget ibis I’ve used. Bed took most of it. Ok as I am small and solo travelled using room for sleeping. Vending machine only took 2€ coins. Left luggage facility would be so useful!

Staff was very helpful. Great suggestions when I asked about nearby grocery shopping. Staffmember called our next ibis hotel to make sure which train stop it was (there are 3 Ibis at the airport). A few more hooks on the wall in the room to hang things

The location was perfect to explore Bordeaux, and for my route further southeast. There was a great distinction between Ibis and what I unknowingly booked, Ibis Budget. All in all, it was decent enough for one night and I was seemingly permitted to used the outdoor terrace. Breakfast was greatly different between the two adjoining hotels… Parking was an additional charge.

Nothing Everything

Breakfast was empty at 9AM. No sense of urgency from staff. Guests were very upset. I ate cereal for full price and even then I had to ask for milk. I also found 2 slices of cheap white bread baguette and then it was gone. The juice machine wasn't working and hurry to find glasses to drink water. Eggs nowhere to be found I heard an older lady ask for something, and the answer was "we don't have any left" and there the lady stood wondering what to do. Shameful Configuration of breakfast "buffet" is bad. People at the coffee machine are blocking your way to get cereal. Badly thought off. Room was tiny but we knew that beforehand. Still I don't like it that small I will never pay for breakfast at Ibis again

Comfortable beds Rooms are hilariously small even for budget rooms
-
The air conditioner cannot work and make the room either too hot or (if open the window) too noisy. The complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste should be great additions. The luggage storage after check-out time is not free.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and neat, and the location was perfect, 20 min away from the TGV train station by tram, and very close to the main city spots, even walking on foot. Also, the staff was very helpful and took good care of us. The absence of isolation and repairs that were happening. Late at night and early in the morning, some people who were staying at the hotel were slamming doors, knocking on others, laughing, shouting, playing stuff on high volume on their phones, and probably spent the night at the small salon in front of the elevator where there are a couple of chairs and a table for gatherings. Also, in the morning around 9am, some repairs were happening apparently directly on the floor above ours, which made it really disturbing in the morning since we had no idea that this kind of work was planned, which is okay. But the clients were very noisy.

Very tight spaces

Great location, easy to access to public transportation to go to the city center, airport, bus terminal. The staff were friendly. I like the continental breakfast. And they offer a free drink (juice, tea, coffee, or coke) if you are a green visitor (refusing a daily room cleaning service). Nothing.

Location : close to tram and attraction; good breakfast, clean an comfortable; clean, good value Many iBis in the near by, make sure

Room is very small, but for the price and location, it was what I expected it to be. When at a budget hotel, no frills is expected. It was nice to have a restaurant in the adjoining hotel was nice and there is a grocery store across the street as well. I was able to walk to everything except the wine museum. The staff was also very friendly. The breakfast was lacking a bit, but there are other options close by.

Surrounding neighborhood seemed pretty dicey.
-
The location was great. The rooms were quiet. We parked below the hotel.

Very comfortable bed !

Fabulous location very close to city. Very clean, modern and very good value. All staff we encountered were courteous and friendly Rooms adequate and well equipped but just a little too small. Self service breakfast some mornings a bit chaotic and food sparse depending on arrival at breakfast. However anything we partook of was first class!?

I picked it because it said it had parking. It didn’t and we had to walk through a seedy neighborhood in the middle of the night to reach the hotel.

The room was extra small
